Dear Jaksonites
The backbone of any organisation is “People Connect”. With this intent, both of us, over the past few
months, have travelled to your locations and have been overwhelmed with your inputs, suggestions &
responses. We have always believed that inputs from you have made this organisation grow and reach
where it is today. Thank you! We hope to continue to meet you and your teams and keep this dialogue going.
Families that communicate better, stay together. At Jakson we believe in imbibing this spirit. Starting with
the leadership team and now their teams, we have been organizing team building workshops. Some of you
have been through this and experienced the change in your working relationships. We hope at the end of
this we are one big happy family, rowing in the same direction for the same goals.
We believe we have effectively used the past year to consolidate & learn and now well poised to take on a
leadership position in each of our businesses. We will close our current financial year with revenues of INR
2500 Crores at the group level. Our Power Gen & EPC businesses carry forward a very healthy order book
and we are confident of achieving a topline of INR 3000 Crores in the next financial year.
Our Solar business is poised for rapid expansion and plans are in action to ramp-up our current module
manufacturing capacity to 500MW by the end of the year. We also have an aggressive plan for channel
expansion in place.
Thank you once again & wish you & your families all the very best.

FINANCEUPDATES
In the last quarter, several new features have been
introduced in SAP to make the system more
efficient and robust. Some of the new additions in
the system are Made to Stock (MTS); Made to
Order (MTO) and Material Resource Planning
(MRP).
Made to Stock: It refers to standard material
being produced in plant. Implementing MTS
allows teams to correct Bill of Materials (BOM),
gain better control of inventory, generate
purchase requisitions and purchase orders
automatically by feeding data.
Made to Order: It refers to manufacturing
customized products as per client requirements.
For such orders, BOM is created on Sales order, as
the requirements of every customer is unqiue.
Earlier most orders were processed as MTO cycle.
Now only customized orders are being processed
through MTO. Using MTO cycle offers benefits like
better control over inventory, books inventory
versus physical inventory ; efficiency in
processing; better planning of raw materials;
generation of PR and PO and effective reporting
Material Resource Planning: This is a very good
automated tool for material sourcing. It picks up
