From: Mvuseni S. Zondi [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: 23 March 2012 04:37 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Passion and Commitment from your staff ______________________________________________________ Dear Mr. Ngcobo I am writing this piece of e-mail to acknowledge the great service that I got from your staff at IMbalenhle Community Health Centre in my past two visit. I brought my son to Mbalenhle on Sunday 18, and the respect that I got from the staff was amazing. The nurses who were there attended to him very soon, after putting a bandage for arm support they also arranged for the Ambulance to transport him to Edendale Hospital. We spent almost 2 hours waiting and the Ambulance took us to the Edendale hospital for X-ray process, luckily the young star was not broken and he was only given Panado. I also came back again to your Clinic, now with my girlfriend who is in her nine month of heavy pregnancy once again the staff at the labour ward took care of her and the baby, assuming that the baby is having some difficulties they arranged for her to get Ambulance and once again we had to go to Edendale Hospital. I am very proud to say that today I am the father of that baby and it is all because of the staff like the one in Mbalenhle, those people have passion and they are also commit-ted to their job. Regards from Mr. Mvuseni Zondi.
