The Youth Activities’ Summer Camp in coordination with camp Adventure exposes

children to a variety of challenging and exciting activities that will build up their appreciation for

personal achievements and team work. Join the fun and reserve your child's space

when registration opens!

Fee and documents required at time of registration include: -Registration fee. A $15 non-refundable fee is charged upon registration for each week of camp. This fee will then be credited to your weekly camp fee. -Current photo of child (photo will not be returned) -Sponsors ID for verification -Copy of child's ID, passport, or birth certificate; (for age verification) -At least two local and one CONUS Emergency Contact (phone number and address) -Copy of current LES (for all persons contributing to total family income) -Copy of Family Care Plan (mandatory for single/dual active duty per NAVSUPPACT Naples Instruction 1740.1B)** -For NATO community, it is required to verify the child's MWR privilege card

Eligibility: The Camp is open to dependent children of Active Duty Military Personnel, DOD Civilian Personnel, and Reservists (on active duty, on orders or in training). It is also open to the NATO community personnel possessing an MWR privilege card for their child.

NOTES -No Registration will be accepted without ALL the necessary documentation -A letter of initiation from the command is required while awaiting the Commanding Officer's signature on the Family Care Plan. Plan must be completed within 60 days of the start of care, or care will be denied.

TEEN EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMFor 15-18 years old US ID cardholdersTeens will:-Be hired to work at the Fleet & Family Support Center, Teen Center, Auto/Wood Skills Center, Child Development Center (CDCs), School Liaison Officer, School-Age Care/Summer Day Camp, Bowling Center, Libraries, NOR Center, Aquatics, Fitness/Intramurals and the Golf Course.- Get paid $7.25 per hour-Work a maximum of 25 hours per week-Gain valuable work experience for their future.Tue, May 14: INTRODUCTION TO TEEN EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
