Containing 0.4 acres, vacant ground.

BEING the same premises which Richard W. Moore, Jr., single, and Becky L. Moore, now known as Becky L. Shaw, granted and conveyed to Lonnie W. Willits, by deed dated January 21st, 2004

and recorded in Lycoming County in Record Book 4856, page 309.
