EXPERIENCE
Currently working as Sr Executive -QC (also Handled R&D works as lead) at Bioville Farms Pvt Ltd (Farmerie) from May 2014 to till Date at Pondicherry.
Bioville Farms Private Limited., Newly started company. Markets Organic, Natural Products, under the brand name – farmerie. Dealing with product categories of Ready to cook, Cereal breakfast, Instant breakfast Mixes, Soups, Breakfast Drinks, Sweeteners etc.,
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating with TPU’s for product Preparation and issue of tentative product specifications.
Checking and verifying the Raw materials and finished products quality before entering into the next step of production.
Process implementation of SOPs to ensure quality of finished product as specified. Working in co-ordination with QA in doing sample analysis on priority basis. Taking care of labels for the materials which are going to Market. Ensure high quality of finished products. Quality inspection of vehicles that are using for transportation of finished products. Responsible for TPU Inspection and Audits. Monitor, maintain and update accurate data on time without any deviations Process Efficiency study & Presentation Online Quality Parameters Maintenance & Finished Goods Quality Assurance Nutritional Labels Preparation Participation in new Product trails Product Development and Sensory Analysis
Launched 2 products/5 variants (Natural flakes (RAGI, MULTIMILLET,STRAWBERRY & MANGO) and health mix(Porridge –Almond, Kulfi, Chocolate flavors) - in this success of journey involved as main for R&D works, now work in progress for masala variant porridge. Handled CLT, CP and product approval documentation with FSSAI.
Involved from initial stage for R&D LAB construction and sourcing of laboratory equipments and other essentials of food laboratory arrangements.
Previously worked as Sr Executive –Operations & QC at Heritage Foods (India) Pvt Ltd (Nov 2010 to Apr 2014)
Job Responsibilities:
Direct Responsibility to monitor all required initial input in order to start shift Production Quality Assurance of Raw Materials as well as finished goods Monitoring of process and produce quality of milk and milk products Effective utilization of manpower and energy Maintain safety, cleanliness and hygiene conditions Conduct inspection tests and analysis the quality of milk and milk products Responsible for maintain and cross check the analysis reports, accurately without any
deviations. Implementation of SOP’s and documentation as per ISO norms. Adherence of CCP’s, minimization of operational losses and leakages HACCP, GMP, GHP, GLP, GDP. Monitoring quality packing, storage and preservation of produced products on time Monitoring consumption of consumables and packing materials. Enhance skills levels of team members by organizing intensive training. Periodically Review on Quality & Presentation Documentation & Record Keeping Sensory Analysis R&D work for the new product trails in Plant Preparing Shift Plans accordingly Conducting Training Sessions on GMP & GHP
ACHIEVEMENTS
Developed new types of ice creams with enrichment of fruit mixes like Anjoor badam, pineapple supreme, strawberry supreme, banana caramel, badam roasted, honey nuts and vanilla gold.
Successfully implemented quality standards. Decreased the amount of rework in production line
