SUBJECT : INTRODUCTION AND CONFIGURATION OF THE NEW VMOBILE M-POWERED TECHNOPRENEUR SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES

This coming August 2012, Smart Communications will officially turnover and announce the release of the VMobile Special Denom Products, VM300 and VM500. The Special Denom has a ‘Call & Text to All Networks’ feature activated only thru the VMobile M-Power SIM and exclusively available to all VMobile members. In line with the upcoming launch of these unique products from Smart, VMobile shall be introducing its latest subscription package offerings, the NEW M-Powered Technopreneur Subscription Packages. These new subscription packages are designed to support the company’s long-term commitment to improve service quality and customer experience. The aim is to provide all VMobile members, new and current, easy access to valuable and distinctive products under its empowerment programs.

I. SUBSCRIPTION PACK DESCRIPTION

The New M-Powered Technopreneur Subscription Packages are enhanced Technopreneur Pack offerings which incorporate newly-developed business tools, color-coded quickguides and VMobile M-Power SIMs inside every pack. The full-featured M-Power SIM now comes with a built-in menu for faster loading of Smart ‘Special Denom’ products.

II. PACKAGE CONFIGURATION & RATES A. The New M-Powered Technopreneur Pack (SILVER PACK) shall be offered to prospective

members for only FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE PESOS (P4,999.00).

B. As for the New M-Powered Technopreneur Premium Pack (TRI-PACK), it shall be offered to prospective members at FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P15,000.00) with the following contents:

III. AVAILABILITY & DISTRIBUTION

The New M-Powered Technopreneur Packages (Silver Pack & Tri-Pack) will be made available at the VMobile Head Office and all authorized IBC offices nationwide starting August 1, 2012.

IV. TRANSITORY PROVISIONS

From release date of the new Technopreneur packages and within the 30-day period thereafter, all prospective and existing VMobile members will have the following Technopreneur pack options: TECHNOPREUNEUR SUBSCRIPTION PACK OPTIONS (Period Covered: August 1 – 31, 2012)

*After the 30-day period, VMobile will discontinue the distribution/sale of existing TP Packs Option 1&2. **Starting September 1, 2012, only TP Pack Options 3 & 4 will be available for distribution/sale.

In accordance with company objective to promote “incentivized consumerism” as the new empowerment paradigm, the company shall make certain that all VMobile members are actively encouraged to patronize the use of newly-developed business tools and regularly consume/endorse VMobile products. Consequently, all VMobile subscribers are required to make necessary revisions in their presentation materials to incorporate and ensure all pertinent information are accurately communicated and delivered. Please be guided accordingly.
