oil is fully automated unit for heating thermal oil, withforced (controlled) circulation. ost important part of the iscylindrically bended tube , with thermal oil which is circulating through(using circulation pump) and heating. All types of heaters are cylindrical, with vertical or horizontal installation mode s. is made in so-calledblock construction, which means that all equipment necessary for work ismounted to the and is ready to , immediately afterconnection of all necessary lines and electricity. As a fuel can be used allstandard types of s and gases, as well as /gas combination.Regulation of capacity is fully automated, as one-level, two-level (50-100%)ormodular (in area 1-3).

    THERMAL INSTALLATIONOIL

Thermal installation consists of pipeline , armature and all otheradditional equipment from to consumer, as shown on the

thermal oil plant. Thermal oil is circulating through the system usingcentrifugal circulation pump (2), which is placed in return line, in front of theheater. Passing through the heater (1), thermal oil is heated to the necessarytemperature and directed to the consumer (6). Regulation of temperature(capacity) is fully automated, through the regulation device (8) (engine valve, regulation amplifier and impulse organ). When thermal oil is cooled in aconsumer, it passes through the ventilation tank (4) where centrifugal movement separates air from oil steam andthrough the pump puts it back to the heater to be heated again. Excess of the thermal oil volume, made by expansion, iscarried away through the tampon (lower part of the ventilation tank, where excess of the oil is cooled) and expansionline to the expansion tank (3). Static pressure in closed systems (as on the scheme of thermal oil installation) ismaintained by compressed air or nitrogen which is placed above the oil in an expansion tank (3). Nitrogen as neutralelement is more favorable because it can assure chemical stability of thermal oil. Complete volume of thermal oil ininstallation is placed in tank (5), out of where, using oil pump (7), is made first filling of installation and discharge at

p o s s i b l e e m p t y i n g .Equipment and installation ofthermal oil are manufacturedi n a c c o r d a n c e w i t hregulations DIN 4754 andVDI 3033.Beside above described, so-called close system, inspecial cases can also beapplied open system ofthermal oil. In that system, due to a reduct ion ofoxidization (aging) of thermaloils, expansion tank andventilation (tampon) tank arenot insulated, which ensuresoil temperature in expansiontank bellow 60C, at whichtemperature oxidization isminimized. In that case, expansion tank is placed atminimum of 5 m above thehighest installation point, inorder to ensure static pressurein the system.

Notes:* Efficiency level is expressed for the operation mode with thermal oil temperature of 200-240C.Boilers can be made in horizontal position (for dimensions please contact us directly). Thermal oil is not calculated in boilers' weight.Boilers can have larger nominate efficiency (for dimensions please contact us directly). We reserve the right to change the terms.

    - , up to 320 C without pressure in thesystem.

    - due to a low freezing temperatures of thermal oils (- 5 up to - 40C)installation can be located in an open space and can operate at low outside temperatures.

    - , since the thermal oil is in the installation and there are no deposition of hardparticles in the system

    - of technologicalmedium ( 3 C)- , with different temperature levels and different

secondarymediums, from one source (heater).- in technological processeswithsamemedium.- . Boilers and equipment are made in small and adequate

installation dimensions and do not require much space.-

Through thermal oil as primary mediumcan be obtained steam, warm, hot and sanitary water, hot air and other energetic and technological mediums.

    -Maximum working pressure in

installations for open system is 0,5-1,5 bar and 1,5-6,0 bar for close system. Installations are simple andcheaper than classical steam and hot-water

installations, and can be placed in simpler and cheaperboiler stations (even next to the consumer), withpossibility of automatic operation, without constantsupervision..

    -, therefore

there are no losses on condensate and excess steam.
