Read and understand the project specification & requirements. Responsible for the preparation of Civil project Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and

checklists for guidance. Develop formats for reporting inspection results. Generate and forward Request for Inspection (RFI) to COMPANY as and when required

as per approved ITP. Conduct inspection as per the ITP & project specific requirements. Cooperate with

COMPANY representatives for the day to day activities of the project. Monitor and guide execution to carry out repair / rectification to bring the job under

acceptable limits. Maintrain records of rework and report on weekly basis. Support to QA/QC manager in evaluating vendor profile, scope of work, ITP and

procedures. Responsible for the review of System and Sub-system packages and Vendor documents.

Review and evaluate all Civil scope of work, project documents, AFC drawings and equipment’s / material specifications.

Conduct incoming material inspection and approve MRIR. Identify and maintain Master List of Testing and Measuring Equipment including

calibration records Inspection of field density test at compacted surface. Monitor sub-contractors activities for compliance with quality requirements. To raise NCR during the course of construction & organize NCR review meeting with

related department for close out. Physical verify NCR close out action & endorse the same.

Perform daily routine visit to site to monitor quality of construction. To inspect all completed works and update records. To associate with execution in completing the punch lists issued by Company. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Quality reports. Prepare & maintain all day to day inspection documents and keep records and

preparation of concrete pour card. Responsible for completion and filling of civil QA/QC dossiers including As-built

drawings. Monitoring the construction activities as per work schedule and attending Client’s

weekly quality meeting.

Maintain the Quality control plan system on site and to develop it further in the interest of project.

Implementation of safety in construction activities as per company health, safety and environment (HSE) policy.
