Junior Manager – Human Resource Jan’15-Current Handles Industrial Relations for 6 departments in highly sensitive zone for IR. Responsible for providing daily HR support to more than 600 employees and to take care of all of their HR needs at

each and every milestone of their career from the recruitment to retirement. Responsible for all aspects of HR like Strategy and Planning, Grievance Redressal, Performance management,

Compensation Management, Handling Administration, Maintaining Healthy Industrial Relations and many other areas like Handling and reporting Disciplinary Cases.
