RETAIL PROFIT (RP)THE MORE YOU SELL, THE MORE YOU EARN
Selling IndusViva products directly to your customers is the corner stone of the solid
foundation for your business. Face-to-face retail sales allow you to earn income by
purchasing IndusViva products at the Distributor's price and then selling them at the
Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Selling products to your customers is crucial in network
marketing. You can earn commissions without even adjoining a single distributor
beneath you, by building a strong customer base. Each distributor earns 20% of the
distributor price of the product.
Distributors who achieve high Retail Sales (with a minimum of 1000 PV
of Authenticated Retail sales) in a calendar month will be rewarded
with Top Retailers Bonus,
1st Position; 500GBU (`50000)
2nd Position; 250 GBU (`25000)

BUSINESS OPENING BONUS ( BOB)EVERY STEP IS A LEAP FORWARD
You will be paid with 5 GBU against their first order volume. i.e. When 'A' place a first order of
200 PV you will be paid with 10 GBU and When 'B' place a first order with 25 PV you will be
paid with 1.25 GBU. Maximum BOB from A or B shall be 10 GBU (`1000/-). To be eligible for
BOB a distributor shall be minimum 25 PV active. A & B's re-orders will be calculated in Team
Bonus. This is a One-time bonus.
To start building a distribution network you need at-least two associates, one on your “A” and the
other on your “B”. They may be sponsored by your up-lines as well. IndusViva will reward you for
your efforts in supporting them to get associated; based on the first order they place.
TEAM BONUS (TB)TOGETHER WE RISE.
“A” and “B”. When you successfully build Group Volume within the network, You will be
rewarded with the compensation (TB). As your group grow, you will be entitled to get
team bonus based on the Balanced Group Volume generated on either side.
The Team Bonus aspect of the plan is calculated from your network, with two side’s;
TEAM BONUS
Once you achieve 25 GV on your lesser leg, a
10% team bonus is paid on the GV of that leg
(which equates to earning 5% of the balanced
volume from both your legs). Any unpaid GV
is carried over to the following week, based on
your rank as long as you remain active. The
minimum team bonus paid is 2.5 GBU/`250,
for which you must have at least 25 GV on
both your right and left legs. As long as you
remain active with at least 25 PV, you can
continue to acquire volume towards your next
Team Bonus payment. When you have 25 GV
on your lesser leg and 100 GV on your greater
leg you will be provided with 2.5 GBU as Team
Bonus and again once you accumulate
minimum 25 GV on your lesser leg, Team
Bonus is paid.
Volume Exceeding 200 PV in a week will be added on to the Lesser Leg for Team Bonus. Provided there
should be at least one Activated Distributor on that side, if not it shall be lapsed. Excess PV available after
paying Team Bonus shall be carried forward to the following weeks.
Weekly capping of Team Bonus is based on your achieved rank. i.e., ID/Star Distributor can earn a
maximum of 1000 GBU (`1,00,000/-) as Team Bonus in a bonus week. Whereas after achieving Ruby
Executive rank, you can earn a maximum of 2500 GBU (`2,50,000/-)

17. The distributorship is non-transferable; a Black Diamond ID may be sold as per norms of the Transfer of
Property Act, 1882 after obtaining a No objection Certificate from the company. The buyer of the ID can
claim the revenue and benefits from the ID. However he can claim the rank on stage/brochures/ marketing
collaterals only after achieving the Next Rank Promotion.
18. Distributors are prohibited from changing their sponsor subsequent to activation of the ID.
19. Maximum purchase which can be made in a day is restricted to 200 PV. Further purchase can be made on the
following day which shall be presumed as the previous order is completely liquidated.
20. The maximum Rank which can be achieved in one go is Star-250. Subsequent to which
every Distributor must remain in each Rank for at least one week period. No jumping of
ranks is possible subsequent to achieving Star-250 Rank.
13. No husband and wife or their dependents are entitled to hold separate Distributorship. Dual Distributorship
will amount to termination of both the Ids.
14. Every Distributor must submit the scanned copy of his KYC/KYDC, PAN Card, address proof and cancelled
cheque before the end of first 4 weeks from the week of his enrolment; failing which he would remain unable
to place a subsequent repurchase order.
21. Rewarded products (TRB) will not carry any Point Value and shall not be included in the aggregated income.

25. Association of the distributor with any other Network Marketing Company or a ponzy scheme or money
chain of whatsoever kind or any other valid reason which company feels so, will amount in the termination
of distributorship.
Payment of Royalty will be at sole discretion of the company.
Black Diamond Rank or above with the consent of IndusViva Healthsciences PVT. Ltd. Only team leader's
name or name of the city can be used till then by the Ruby and above ranks. Executive Diamond and above
shall use their name only for event promotions in the absence of their uplines during the event. Team wise
promotion of promotional materials is strictly prohibited.
27. We accept the advice given by Distributor Advisory Council (DAC) of the Company binds me, As I accept
