INTERNSHIPSThe Australia, New Zealand, China, and Thailand Internship Programs give students and recent college graduates an opportunity to work with some of this region’s leading organizations and ensure you receive training compatible with your employment and/or educational history. Internships are available part time during a semester abroad program or full time during the summer or regular semesters.

Continuing my studies in music industry at RMIT University was such a great experi-ence! The small class sizes were a huge bonus to studying abroad because I was the only international student and able to make close friends with local students who shared similar interests. I took two music technology classes, Sound Design and Stu-dio Recording, where the lab time and crea-tive process ended up being a fun bonding experience for myself and other students that I hope to never forget. In sound design we learned about the inner workings of sounds used in movies and video games to help set the scene. The final project entailed creating a soundscape to tell a story without the use of images, such a cool concept! I can’t wait to get back to Australia!
