It is my privilege and pleasure to address FIRST NEWS Magazine “IMPULSE” as Managing Director of ‘PVAI Valuers Professional Organization’ along with my all editorial board members on 18.10.2018.Personally I am associated with PVAI, our parent organization, as a member and office bearer for the last 18 years and have witnessed growth of this noble organization particularly with an active support of ALL VALUERS from all over India which is very commendable and makes all of us here very proud of our parent organization and its members. As s need of the hour, we have now registered a new organization as a section 8 Public Limited Company ,as required by IBBI, PVAI PO started 50 hours educational training in July 2018 and till date continued batches in 15 centers all over the country. So far at least 80 Valuers have passed IBBI examination making all our members and office bearer’s very proud. PVAIVPO is now having informal contacts with all our members and other interested people through our web PVAIVPO.ORG. May have joined our website and are contributing generously for the noble cause of supporting their own members and fraternity in generaI, as an individual as well as a Managing Director of PVAI VPO wish to further strengthen our bonds by enhancing the role of Values in future academic, professional and extra-curricular activities.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDANCE FOR IBBI ONLINE REGISTRATION

FORREGISTERED VALUER BY INDIVIDUALS (FORM-A)

NOTE:- All the PVAI VPO registered valuer members who

havecleared valuer examina on conducted by IBBI are instructed

tofollow the following guidelines while submi ng Form A.

Once the Form A applica on has been submi ed, applicantsmay

not be able to edit the same. In case of any difficulty,PVAI VPO

office offices may be contacted before uploading ofdocuments

& submission of Form A.

Start any browser and type www.ibbi.gov.in

Click on Menu – SERVICE PROVIDER – REGISTERED VALUER

In the next screen, Click on ‘Apply for enrolment / registra on’.

Start filling the ‘Personal Details’ as per the details provided below. All the fields marked ‘*’ are mandatory

1. BSE Enrolment No.: This is a 10 digit number which is available in the

Examina on pass cer ficate issued by IBBI. In case, there is a delay in receipt of this

cer ficate, please contact BSE through mail certhelp.ibbi@bseindia.com by

providing them the Registra on number given by BSE on the admit card at the me

of registra on for valua on examina on.

2. Name of the RVO to be enrolled with: Select ‘PVAI VPO’

3. 3.Title: Ms./Mr./Mrs

4.Name (as per Aadhar): Enter your full name as per Aadhar Card

5.Fathers name: Enter your father’s name

6. Date of Birth: Enter your Date of Birth (as per Aadhar)

7. Place of Birth: Enter the Place of Birth – State and Place

8. PAN: Enter the Pan number

9. Aadhar No: Enter the Aadhar number

10. Passport No. Enter the Passport number, this field is op onal

11. Address for Correspondence: Enter the Address for Correspondence

15. Permanent Address same as Correspondence Address: If Yes, please ck in the box, then no need to

fill in Sl. No. 15 Permanent Address. If No, fill in the details requested in Sl. No. 15 Permanent

In case any of the mandatory fields men oned earlier is not filled, the system will show that field

inRED. Fill in the required data and Click NEXT. In case, you want to re-enter the en re form

again,click”RESET”.

A er clicking on NEXT, the next Tab “OTHER DETAILS” will open. Start filling in the required details

20. Educa onal Qualifica on: Enter the Educa onal Qualifica on (BE/B.TECH/B.Com/B.Arch).

Enter the Year of Passing, Marks, Grade/Class, and University/College.

Check the Qualifica on Matrix and Enter the Bachelor’s Degree here. In case of Post-Gradua on qualifica

on, Use the “ADD MORE” bu on and then enter the post -gradua on qualifica ons.

21. Professional Qualifica on (Excluding valua on specific course).

Enter the professional qualifica ons like membership of Council of Architecture/ Ins tu on of Engineers

(India)/ICAI/ICSI/ICMA etc. along with the Membership number, Name of the Ins tute/professional Body and

ach a self undertaking indica ng minimum 5 years of experience in the valua on prac ce

as per requirements of IBBI.

29. Please state your professional membership number: Enter the membership number given

by PVAI VPOi.e. PVAI/Mum/???etc

Enter 30, 31, 32 as either Yes or No depending on the ques on. Enter any

Enter 34(), 34(b) and 34(c) as either Yes or No depending upon the ques on. Click on

“NEXT” once all the details are filled

A er clicking on NEXT, the next Tab “A ach Documents” will open. All the documents ( selfa

estedcopies) should be uploaded. All the files should be in pdf format. Passport photo in jpg/png

format should be uploaded.

Evidence of deposit/payment of the five thousand rupees alongwith GST should be le blank.

Once all the documents are a ached, CLICK on “SUBMIT”.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL THE FIELDS ARE FILLED CORRECTLY BEFORE SUBMITTING. AFTER THIS STEP,

THE FORM GETS LOCKED AND IS NOT EDITABLE BY THE APPLICANT.

A er the SUBMIT bu on is clicked, mail will be received from IBBI with details of user, password and

newlogin link.

Using the new link in the browser window, enter the user and password received from IBBI.

Go to TAB “FORM A”.

Download the FORM A, a er checking and ensuring all the details are correct. Enter the Asset Class and

sign the document. Scan the signed copy and upload it in the field provided in “FORM A” Tab.

Click on SUBMIT.

On submi ng, PVAI VPO will receive mail to approve your membership.

PVAI Valuers ProfessionalOrganisa on, Mumbai shall approve your Form A applica on a er realising your

payments (One-me membership fee and Annual subscrip on fees). Therea er, IBBI will send thepayment

link to the applicants for making the payment of Rs. 5900/-( Rs.5000 +900/- (18% GST) through different

payment modes indicated on the link.

A er making the payment of Rs. 5900/- to Insolvency &Bankruptsy Board Of India, New Delhi,

theapplicants are advised to relax for 21 days during which IBBI shall verify & approve the submi

eddocuments & approves the same if found in order. It takes around 30 days for issuing of

Cer ficate ofRegistra on by IBBI. No enquiry calls shall be entertained by the IBBI during this period.
