DRESSING:200 g (7 oz) low-fat natural yoghurt1/4 cup lemon juice1 tablespoon whole seed mustard1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1 clove garlic, crushedsalt and freshly ground black pepper

1. Cook the chicken on a heated and oiled grill, barbecue orgriddle, until browned on both sides and cooked through.Cool and thinly slice.

2. Grill prosciutto until cooked. Cool and break into pieces.Wash and crisp the lettuce. Prepare the fruit, cheese andonion. Combine salad dressing ingredients and whisk.

There are many reasons whystarting children on good eatinghabits early is encouraged.

It helps them build good bones and teeth,

Once the mixture no longer lookswet in the centre, turn the crêpe over and cook the otherside. Continue to cook the mixture in this way until allused. Stack the crêpes on a serving plate.

3. Combine the kiwifruit sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

4.Arrange fresh fruit on top of the crêpe stack and spoonthe kiwifruit sauce over the top.
