INTRODUCATION:-

Mr. Rajan Deshmukh is the proprietor of the vishwas moulders. He completed his

Engineering from JNEC College. And Videocon worked as production manager.

After the experience of 5 years he

Set up his owned business.

Mr. Rajan Deshmukh is the proprietor running this company. He established this

unit in M.I.D.C. area Waluj at plot No. W-77

The establishment date is 17th

Feb 1994 & production starts from 25th

March

1995 Company produces plastic equipment, which is useful in plastic market as

well as in industries also. The company has dealership all over the state & the

turnover of the company is about 1 corers. The demand of the company products is

more in Maharashtra region; company sales & services to the customer. The

company also certified by TUV (NABCB)

Standard for quality now

The company has only one unit in Aurangabad there is no any unit presents

anywhere in the country of this company.

Though the factory is (small scale industry) It has a short chain as organization. It

is very important & helpful for proper functioning as the factory. All the

productive operations are carried out systematically at least expense, time & labor

due to proper administrational capability.

The Mr. Rajan Deshmukh is at the top of management. They plan, organize

and control the overall function of the factory. The sales executive Mr. Joshi

implements the ideas of policy making boy into practice, Mr. Bhaskaran control

total workshop with skill they had done work in this company from the

establishment of the organization of the company in the workshop & the office.

Store assistant & purchase assistant keeps record as the raw material used

or required in the factory.

They are responsible for all financial deal. They keeps a record as the

expenditure like raw material brought, bill payments of electricity.
