THANK YOU SPONSORSLETTER FROM THE MAYOR

We are honored to welcome you to the 104th Kipona Festival! While we are saddened the crowds will not be able to gather along Riverfront Park as we traditionally do each Labor Day weekend, we are pleased to oer a safe alternative celebration. The 2020 Kipona Festival will feature in-person activities on Saturday, September 5th on City Island, including food trucks serving your favorite festival food followed by reworks.

In addition to the in-person activities, many of the traditional festival activities will be available virtually starting Saturday, September 5th. Through the virtual activities, you will be able to shop the handcrafted

wares of local artisans through an online marketplace, listen to music entertainment, enjoy family activities, watch artisan demonstrations, purchase and watch the virtual rubber duck race, and more.

Harrisburg is a thriving city with a small-town feel making it a desirable place to live, work, learn and visit. We look forward to welcoming visitors, vendors and the community back to Riverfront Park for Kipona 2021 on September 4th-6th.

Welcome to Kipona and enjoy!
