MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIESQUALITYSince its inception in the 1990s, the company's research team has been in the constant pursuit of excellence in quality and innovation in Rota-tional Moulding Technology. This journey has been driven by custom-er-centricity and a deep-rooted motto of delivering low-cost, fuel-efficient, and maintenance-free engineering solutions.

The increasing international demand for our machines is the result of constant efforts towards maintain-ing global standards in quality of our machines. The use of imported high quality components and superior raw materials in the machine's production process have been instrumental in ensuring the low operational and maintenance costs

of our machines. Optionally the machines are embedded with state-of-the-art internal control systems offering a Programmable Logic Controller and therefore machines that are easily controlled by a computer interface.

We at Vinodrai manufacture the machines from tested quality input raw materials. We use switch gears and components which comply with international standards. Stringent quality procedures, test-runs & multiple checks are conducted on each machine, before dispatch to ensure standard performance. We have in house software develop-ment team for PLC based machines with touch-screen.

Vinodrai’s Manufacturing plant & office being situated on the highway to Jalna, is very well connected by road to Mumbai, Aurangabad & Pune being the closest major cities with Airport access. The factory is spread over 14000 Sq Mtr area of land, where Shop floor for machine assembly is about 3000 Sq Mtr administered by a well equipped corporate office.

An advanced high-tech design and manufacturing facility supported by a dynamic workforce of 50 passionate engineers and experts fuels our vision for delivering top-notch machines. The EN-1000x2 one of the fastest selling machines in India is an testimony to the engineer-ing feat achieved by our development team.

Our shop floor is now handling more than 25 rotational moulding turnkey projects at time, where we can manu-

factures diverse array of roto-moulding machines ranging having a handling capacity of customized 1000 ltr to the large bi-axial machines 30000 Ltr. Vinodrai Engineering also has a well equipped shop floor for making moulds from where and 50-75 Molds of various types can be delivered per month.

We have an excellent after sales support team who dedicatedly solve problems after the installation is complete. Our service engineers travel all over the globe for installation and commissioning of our world-class roto-moulding machines.

EN 500 X2 EN 1000 X2 EN 3000Vinodrai’s EN series machine range was a pioneering effort in creating enterprise grade machine sufficient in itself to begin a new water tank manufacturing plant. Vinodrai also was the first in the industry to introduce a single station machine“EN 1000x2” with multi-station capabilities. EN-1000x2 is truly a multi-station capability machine which can mould two tanks of 1000 lit. at a time or four tanks of 500 lit at a time. Resulting in increased productivity at lowest ever fuel cost.

RAW MATERIAL :About 84 % of production cost is

due to ever increasing price of

LLDPE. EN 1000x2 is equipped with

state of art process control, so that

you can produce multilayer tanks

with lowest possible weights.

Quality of product is independent of

skill, rejection is minimum.

FUEL COST :EN 1000x2 is most fuel efficient

machine in its class. Fuel cost is low

even while producing 1000 and 750

lit tanks. Machine consumes less

than 2.2 lit per 1000 lit tank. Gas

Fired Model further improvises the

efficiency.

MANPOWER COST :Operation of EN 1000x2 machine is

very simple even unskilled operator

manages production of multilayer

tanks without any rejection.

OVERHEAD COST :Low initial capital investment,

minimum space requirement &

higher production results in

minimum overheads.

TRANSPORTATION COST:Machine can be installed nearer to

market resulting in lower cost of

transportation.

Three Arm rotational moulding machines are considered as rotational moulding industry's workhorse. Always used for mass production of water storage tanks and different industrial components. Heating, cooling and loading cycles function in a synchronized manner to give combination of productivity and fuel efficiency.

We at Vinodrai, add value to these machine by state of art design process. Feedback from our numerous customer helps us offer better fuel efficiency & productivity. We offer most economical solutions for producing tanks from 1000 lit capacity to 10000 lit capacity on our three arm range of machines.

It is possible to customize the three arm machine to suit the demand from the market. Arm / Offset Arm holds single mould of large tank, where as Straight Arm has innovative design to give you choice of mounting either two or four moulds at a time. This helps in reducing production cost of small tanks. Fuel efficiency and productivity is achieved mainly because of complete burning of fuel by the World Class Italian package burner. State-of-the-art control panel

and slip-ring assembly offers ease of operation and hence productivity.

Vinodrai three arm machines are designed for maintenance free long life operation, thanks to heavy duty gear boxes. Over-load safety clutches are provided on turret drive, furnace traveling drive and door drive. Doors are clamped by automatic pneumatic cylinder for reducing heat losses. High capacity re circulating blower insures uniform heating of moulds. Fully automatic turret indexing mechanism with automatic turret lock is provided for better productivity.

DESCRIPTION OF TWO STAGE PULVERISER.

Two stage Disc Mill

Disc Mill is the heart of the pulveriser. Two stage feature ensures course and fine grinding. This increases the life of fine teeth. Disc is made from special alloy steel imported from BOHLER Germany. Easy opening of the disc mill on hinge ensures quick cleaning. There is no need to set the gap every time mill is opened for cleaning.

Bearing Housing

Heavy duty, graded cast housing results in smooth running of the mill. Bearing set up is designed to take care of heavy thrust of grinding. Oil bath lubrication results in less energy consumption. Machine is also available with automatic oil circulating lubrication system. Disc is mounted on taper nose of the shaft to ensure true rotation St easy dismantling.

PULVERISERMoving Disc Cooling

"Dublin" USA make special “rotary union supply water” for moving disc through shaft. This not only cools the moving disc but also keeps bearings running cool. This results in the increase of out put and also machine is able grind heat sensitive polymers. Taper lock pulley from "Fenner" improves transmission efficiency.

Control Panel

The control panel is a free standing economically designed enclosure of steel-powder coated sheet housing with all controls inside. The control panel has access to monitor temperature of disc-mill, fit controls the feeding of material under over temperature condition. Circuit also monitors mill motor current and takes corrective action if mill motor draws more than set current. Control panel offers all protections and interlocks, so that machine can run safely even when the attendant is not around.

Rotational moulding offers significant advantages when compared with other moulding techniques or thermoforming:

R Low Cost of Production: Roto-molding moulds are less expensive because of their simplicity; and operating pressures are relatively low, allowing moulds to be made from less expensive materials. Costs for moulds and tooling are relatively low.

R The roto-moulding technique is easily adapted to short production runs, particularly when sets of multiple-cavity moulds are used
