ENERGY PARK sorge nel cuore del noto Polo Tecnologico della Brianza, a circa 20 km dal centro di Milano. Situato in una posizione strategica rispetto alle grandi arterie di comunicazione del Nord, è collegato a Milano dalla tangenziale Est, con una uscita dedicata a circa 200 metri. Di ottima accessibilità, inoltre, anche il collegamento con l’autostrada A4 (Torino-Milano-Venezia) grazie al casello di Agrate-Brianza. Ormai pianificata anche la prossima realizzazione del collegamento con la metropolitana leggera.

ENERGY PARK is located in the heart of the well known Polo Tecnologico della Brianza (the Science Hub of Brianza) approximately 20 km from down town Milan. It is strategically located for easy access to the traffic arteries of Northern Italy, and it is connected to Milan via the Ring Road East, with a dedicated junction at only a 200 metres distance. Excellent accessibility as well to the A4 (Turin-Milan-Venice) Motorway Junction of Agrate. A light railway is already planned.

IL PARCOTHE PARK

Oltre al Building 03 ed al nuovo Campus di Alcatel Lucent ad Ovest, lo sviluppo di ENERGY PARK prevede la realizzazione di ulteriori 5 building. Le tre palazzine P1, P2 e P3, sul fronte tangenziale, saranno oggetto di radicale ristrutturazione prospettica ed impiantistica. ENERGY PARK, disporrà dunque, a regime, di oltre 100.000 mq. complessivi di spazi di lavoro e laboratori di ricerca, moderni e flessibili.

Besides Building 03 and the new Alcatel-Lucent Campus on the west side, the development of ENERGY PARK includes the completion of 5 additional buildings. Buildings P1, P2 and P3, looking onto the ring road, will be subjected to radical renovations. Moreover, once completed, ENERGY PARK will have over 100,000 sqm. of working spaces and research labs.

GREENATTITUDESTRATEGIA SOSTENIBILE

Lo sviluppo di ENERGY PARK persegue con particolare impegno ed attenzione gli obiettivi più ambiziosi riguardo alla sostenibilità ambientale. Ognuno dei nuovi edifici si configura con una profondità del corpo di fabbrica di 22 metri, con un sistema di facciata a pannelli in c.a. prefabbricati e con un sistema di involucro che prevede un isolamento a cappotto e una facciata ventilata in acciaio. Il dimensionamento delle finestrature è atto a garantire una buona qualità del fattore di luce naturale, pur mantenendo un’elevata protezione all’irraggiamento diretto. Le facciate, hanno infatti un bilanciato rapporto tra parti opache e parti trasparenti con elementi interamente vetrati, concentrati in una parte altamente visibile degli edifici, che oltretutto ne rafforzano il carattere architettonico: gli atri di ingresso e le serre bioclimatiche. In questo modo è possibile raggiungere un equilibrio tra le esigenze di contenimento energetico estivo ed invernale, ed ottimizzare il contributo di illuminazione naturale.

ENERGY PARK was developed with a special commitment to deliver against the most ambitious sustainability goals. Each of the new buildings is planned with a 22 metres core depth, with a façade system in precast concrete panels and a shell system which provides for a reversed insulation and a steel ventilated front. The size of the windows is such as to guarantee a good natural lighting factor, even though maintaining a high protection from direct irradiation. Façades have in fact a balanced opaque and transparent bodies ratio with elements fully in glass, concentrated in a highly visible part of the buildings: the entrance halls and the bioclimatic glasshouses, strengthening further their architectural character. It is this way possible to achieve a balance between the winter and summer’s energy savings and the optimization of natural lighting contribution.
