NPI/EOL Management with minimum conflict with market demand. Scrapping/Write-Off of long term un-
sellable inventory or moving across RDC’s for slow moving inventory.

Requirements for Strategic Stocking
Strategy Planning – Planning for Y+3 strategy for future biz enhancement.
Review all open & back orders for all accounts for maximum sales conversion with best service levels
