Tickets for the Prom will go on sale during lunch, beginning Thursday, April 5 – Thursday, April 12.  Tickets will be $30.00 each for juniors and their guests.  Seniors will receive one complimentary ticket and will be required to purchase a ticket for their date if the student is not a senior at FWBHS.

Seniors will still need to pick up a complimentary ticket during their lunch the week of April 5-12.      If one of our students wants to bring a date who does not attend our school, the date must be old enough to attend high school, but not older than 20 and must be approved by the Administration.  If the date lives out of Okaloosa County, our student must pick up a form and get it to the date’s school and ask that school to fax it back to us.  Forms are available starting Monday, March 26.  We must have the form back by 2:15pm on Tuesday, April 10, in order to approve the date attending the Prom.      Students, whose date attends an Okaloosa school, must pick up and complete a form.  The form is due to Attendance no later than 2:15pm on Tuesday, April 10.      APPROVAL IS NOT AUTOMATIC!   The student will be notified if the date is not approved.     If the date is not approved, the student will not be able to purchase a ticket.  Please do not purchase dresses, rent tuxedoes, or line up a limo unless the date has been approved, because if the date is not approved, he/she will not be attending the Prom.     Both forms are available in the Attendance Office starting Monday, March 26.
