Roles & Responsibilities as Sr. Engineer (Packing plant ) Involved in schedule preparation & resource forecasting for day to day maintenance activities. Responsible for inter-discipline coordination and quality assurance of job. Ensuring that the maintenance is completed according to planning. Directs the contractor as well as company workman for timely job completion with desired accuracy out in the
field and assist maintenance controls, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning. Coordination with other departments for smooth plant operation and maintenance activity with mutual
problem solving attitude. Maintaining regular maintenance reports. Involved in complete maintenance activities of packing plant starting from planning to job execution. Analyze and interpret technical drawings and other data (trends, life achieved) to evaluate the feasibility, cost,
and maintenance requirements. Coordinates with the stores department for good receipts material approval. Monitoring and inspection of complete packing plant circuit to identify critical as well as running problems. Revise all maintenance activities according to change in manpower and spare part availability with minimum
downtime. To create material PR as well as Service PR for goods/spare purchase and external services. Examine documents, jobs and other reports for compliance to standards (ISO, OHSAS) and specifications. To coordinate with production and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays in maintenance work. Also to
create CA PA and why why analysis for the breakdowns and stoppages. Compile information for shutdown bar chart preparation and identifying delays in actual work.. Involved in making Budget Proposals for maintenance spares and capex requirements with optimization. Attending all meetings concerning progress, technical matters, and assists in taking and issuing minutes of such
meetings. Ensuring that clear and accurate records of contractual matters are maintained and to monitor key dates,
against dates defined in the main contract and any subcontracts during shutdown periods. Drawing up plans and presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures
diagrams. Cost saving in assigned maintenance activity by using FOC (Usable Scrap) items. Ensuring good housing keeping at sites during instrument work for different maintenance activities. Ensuring proper safety awareness and approach to zero accident.

PLC : Fundamentals of PLC hardware & software; using LADDER logic for packer, compressor, bag filter, dryer, packer spouts.
Drives: theory of operation, operating characteristics , variable frequency drive fundamentals, VFD circuit, selection & installation requirements, networking of VFD and control system for AC variable speed drive.
PLC Networking & DCS: Understanding the architecture and operation of Distributed Control System, its basic elements, data communications in DCS, the basic of controllers & configuration, PLC networking, industrial protocols & industrial network
Process/Field Instruments:
