Workforce Terms of Reference This document will help you write the terms of reference for the people who are in the meeting. Workforce Terms of ReferenceThis document will help you write the terms of reference for the people who are in the meeting.

This includes the chair person who will run the meeting and any other person who attends.

• It will tell you why we are having the meeting.

• What we expect from the people who attend the meeting. • What the group can achieve.

• Who should be a part of the meeting.

This group will be part of the transformation group.

The transformation group will tell you what you need to do for the Transforming People Paper.

What the group will do.The task and finish group will give you the support to make sure your workforce is safe and give strength to the proposals.

The proposal is what we want to do in the future.

The task and finish group will give you the resources to make sure your workforce is safe and give strength to the plan.

The resource is what you will need to make the plan happen.

The task and finish group will give you the leadership to make sure your workforce is safe and give strength to the proposals.

The leadership are the people who will make the proposal happen.

To help to develop the new service models.

Get skill specific service commissioning and delivery.

Develop a health and social care workforce that can deliver Positive Behavioural Support so less people have to go into hospital.

To reduce interventions such as mindfulness and Total attachment.

An intervention is a way of stopping someone from doing something before they do it.

Make sure we involve people who are experts by experience

The Confirm and Challenge group will look at the work done and ask why it was done in that way

The Confirm and Challenge group will give the Task and Finish group a checklist of questions that they want answering.

To make sure that the new ways which we will be working follow the standards and guidelines of the (Group Name) Transformation Plan.

The group will work in co- production with others. You can find out more by looking at

Group members will need to have the time and the things that are needed to follow the agreed plan.

The group will try to make sure that everyone is happy with the plans suggested.

If everyone is not happy the concerns will be written down and sent with the report to the Transformation Board.

Members will be asked to be role models for the programme.

Members will be asked to support their organisations to follow the programme.

If the organisation has concerns or worries about the Transforming care programme, the chair person from the meeting will go and talk to them about this.

The chair person is the person who is in charge of the meeting.

The Workforce development task and finish group reports to (GROUP NAME) the Transformation Board.

The group will send a summary report to the Transformation Board.

This will be sent XX working days before the meeting.

Any reports and information that are completed will be sent to the Transformation Board Programme Management Office.

Support and help for the Task and Finish group will be given by the

Administration support

This will be given by (responsible body).

They will be responsible to keep a record of the meetings.

If you need more support you should tell the group and the Transformation Programme Office.

The members of the group are called a quorum.

This group will be a task and finish group.

They will share the information with the Transformation Board so they can make the decisions.

If you cannot come to the meeting you will be sent the minutes and information to keep you up to date.

Information will be sent out before the meetings when it is possible
