John Suirdale is a highly experienced branded goods specialist with extensive experience in international licensing, franchising, retailing, manufacturing and supplier management with some of the most prestigious international brands.

He has developed distribution worldwide and has extensive contacts.

He has in-depth knowledge of apparel, footwear and accessories with many blue-chip luxury and high street retail brands.

Ian has many years’ experience in Apparel and branded goods.

He has been involved in and run many multi-national corporations and headed their overseas expansion.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants; holds the Corporate Finance Qualification; and is a Chartered Manager.

Polly Ng is a business transformation professional with over 15 years’ experience in Greater China and Asia Pacific, successfully helping companies to grow through business and distribution planning.

She has been Regional Business General Manager and Worldwide Sales Operations Director in a Fortune 500 company and Group President for a Chinese company.

Polly is a visiting speaker for The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). She is also the board member of Alumni Association Asia of the Global EMBA of CUHK and has strong network in Hong Kong and across Greater China. Polly holds a Global EMBA. She speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Quin SQ Thong has extensive experience in finance, operational management and business strategy.

Previously Quin held CFO and COO positions in multi-national companies and in a Big 4 accounting firm, having worked in South East Asia, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Australia and London. She speaks at forums and conferences on leading management practices, leadership, financial insights and strategy.

Quin is a visiting lecturer on business strategy and leadership at MBA schools in China. She is a Chartered Accountant, MBA and speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, English and Bahasa. She also has strong connections in Malaysia.

Ada Kang has over 15 years financial and business management experience. She has held finance and general management roles with various industries including: direct marketing, distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, real estate and transport.

Ada also has experience in Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, M&A and joint ventures. She speaks Mandarin, English and Japanese.
