Step 1.

Sign in to Westpac Online Banking with your Customer ID and Password.

How to view and download your Proof of balance and Recent transactions report.A Proof of balance report provides information about your current account balance.

A Recent transactions report displays your transactions over the last 30, 90 or 120 days. It can be used to show your regular income, expenses or savings history.

Step 2.

In the ‘Overview’ tab on the menu bar, select ‘Proof of balance and transactions’ from the drop-down list.

To view and download your Proof of balance report:

Under ‘Proof of account balance’ select which account you want to generate the report from. You can also select multiple accounts if you want to see more.

Step 4.

Select ‘Create report’.

Step 5.

Your report will download automatically and appear at the bottom of your browser. Click on it to view, save and/or print.

Under ‘Recent transactions’ select which account you want to generate the report from.

Step 7.

Select the transaction period. You can choose from the last 30, 90 or 120 days.

Your report will download automatically and appear at the bottom of your browser. Click on it to view, save and/or print.
