Berrinba Central’s surrounding catchment zone includes the fast growing suburbs of Marsden, Crestmead, Browns Plains, Heritage Park and Regents Park, which in 2011 had an estimated population of around 36,510 and forecasted to exceed 49,500 by 2036.

Berrinba Central’s location is in close proximity to both the Logan Motorway and Gateway Motorways, which provides convenient access to Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast.
