Our Management Team Le Xuan Hai Chairman, Chief Executive Officer

Education: Computer science and mathematics engineer in Vietnam (1979-1984), Germany (1988-1990), Master in Computing Studies in Australia (1993-1995).

He is a co-founder and holds the Chairman role of the company since 2011, and CEO since 2006. He initiated digital transformation of the company since 2015 to develop a number of digital solutions in blockchain and AI application.

He also holds the Chairman position of the subsidiary, the VJP Co. Ltd. in Tokyo, Japan since 2015. The company started with Bridge Software Engineer dispatching, and now is providing AI projects in Japan with high end engineers.

Nguyen Thanh Tung

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung graduated in Computer Engineering Baku and then obtained a PhD Degree in IT and Applied Mathematics from Belarusian State University, Minsk, Belarus (in the former USSR). He had 4 years working for IBM as a General Business and Finance Market Manager. He joined VSII in 2006, as a Vice General Director.

He is now in charge of developing AI resource for Vietnam and for Japan market, in collaboration with VJP company in Japan.

Nguyen Hong Hanh

Ms. Nguyen Hong Hanh is accountable for the back office including finance, accounting, human resource management and legal affairs. She holds a Vice General Director role since 2009.

She holds a Master of International Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia, and a Bachelor of English Language.

Before joining VSII, she was the Deputy General Manager of Yamagata Vietnam Co., Ltd. and prior to that she had held key positions in several international companies and organizations.

Ho Tuong Vinh

Chief Technology Officer,

Mr. Ho Tuong Vinh is a lecturer and researcher at the Francophone Institute for Informatics (IFI) - www.ifi.vnu.edu.vn. Mr. Vinh is an expert in Software Engineering and Project Management.

Mr. Vinh holds a degree in Control Engineering from the University of Technology in Hanoi, Master of Information Technology from the University of Quebec (Canada) and Ph.D. from the Polytechnic University of Montreal (Canada).

Besides CTO roles, he is in charge of development in: Blockchain, AI, and RPA.

Vu Dinh Hung Chief Software Architect Director of Product Development Department Vu Dinh Hung is a passionate solution architect with proficiency in designing, building and enhancing products and services throughout their life cycle , he is able to solve real world problems using sustainable and cost-efficient solutions, within the given constraints. His special area of expertise is Digital Architecture Management as a central enabler for digital transformations, he is the tech leader of our Blockchain & AI COEs. He leads the Product Development Department from 2019.

Tuan Nguyen Dat Software Architect Director of Software Consulting and Services Department Tuan Nguyen Dat leads the consulting work on system integration in banking and insurance projects. He is a master of SOA, enterprise architecture in various platforms like TIBCO, IBM and Oracle. He has over 10 years of experience in software development in segments like government, banking, finance & insurance. He leads the Software Consulting and Services from 2019.

Nghiem Van Viet Software Architect IBM Software Technical Lead Vice Director of Product Development Department Nghiem Van Viet has over 15 years of profound experience in software development. His major focus is backend service system, IBM technologies, MEAN fullstack, mobile hybrid framework. One of the products he developed for IBM is ranked as one of top 100 IBM mobile apps. He is a tech lead and jointly sets the technology direction of the company.

Dang Van Tinh Software Architect Vice Director of Software Consulting and Services Department Dang Van Tinh has led the division for IBM projects for more than 10 years. He is a full-stack Web Application Developer, a Mobile Hybrid Developer and a Software Technical Lead. His strength is IBM software technologies and working environment. He has developed many great applications for both web apps and mobile apps for IBM such as IBM Bluebird, IBM WhirlWind, IBM AudioEyes, IBM AppStore, IBM Catalyst, IBM BluePages, IBM Media Library, etc. In his daily agile work and managerial role, he plays various roles such as a Senior Developer, a Team Leader, or a Technical Lead.

Kenji Kohga CEO, VJP Co. Ltd.

Mr. Kenji Kohga is a co-founder and holds CEO position of VJP since her business registration in 2015 in Tokyo, Japan. He has deep industry expertise in IT strategy consulting, business innovation for the global environment. He plays a leading role for managing VJP’s alliances, partnerships and senior networks with potential Japanese partners in order to introduce and expand VSII’s business into Japan market. Mr. Kenji Kohga has over 20 years of experience as an IT technology leader for a leading US company and 20 years of consulting experience. He had also supported and worked in business initiatives to accelerate growth for government projects in 5 Asian countries including Vietnam.

Eiji Hayashiguchi CTO, VJP Co. Ltd

Mr. Eiji Hayashiguchi is an experienced professional engineer with a demonstrated history of working for IBM Japan and the government IT organization. He is skilled in Business Transformation, Business Process Improvement and IT Strategy focusing AI, IoT and Blockchain. He is also a researcher of Waseda University. Strong professional with MS in Engineering Faculty from Kyoto University and MSE in Computer Science from Princeton University.

• TraXem™ Digital Assets: personal tracking of saving accounts balance

• FlockFace™: tracking of tourists group and map guidance

• ePL – A simple desktop application for sending payslip to employees with one key press. The

application helps to free the human resource manager from using an Excel worksheet to send email of a pay slip to each employee. “PL” stands for Vietnamese word “Phiếu Lương” meaning “pay slip”.
