요코하마항 내 각종 정보 제공 통신은 VHF ch16, 13(추가 채널)으로 ‘Keihin Harbor Radar Honmoku Tsu-kou’를 호출해 주십시오.Point 2요코하마항로와 인근 수역에 관제통신청취의무해역을 설정합니다.항장이 관제통신 청취의무해역 내에서 정보 제공과 권고를 하는경우, ‘Keihin Harbor Radar Honmoku Tsu-kou’를 사용합니다.요코하마항로 내 교통 질서를 유지하기 위해 요코하마항내관제실(橫濱港內管制室)에서 항로 외 대기 지시를 내리는 경우, ‘Keihin Harbor Radar Honmoku Tsu-kou’를 사용합니다. Point 1For communications about the traffic control of the Yokohama Passage, call “Yokohama Harbor Coast Guard Radio” on VHF ch16. For communications about providing various information of the Yokohama Port , call “Keihin Harbor Radar Honmoku Tsu-kou” on VHF ch16 and ch13 (new).

Point 2Areas in which vessels shall listen to information are designated in and around Yokohama Passage.Information and advice from the Captain of the Port in the areas in which vessels shall listen to information are given by “Keihin Harbor Radar Honmoku Tsu-kou”.Instructions to wait off the Yokohama Passage from the Yokohama Port Traffic Control Office are given by “Keihin Harbor Radar Honmoku Tsu-kou”.

Point 3Vessels bound for Yokohama Passage are requested to confirm the received AIS messages because information on the vessel traffic may be provided on AIS.

Point 4For detailed new entrance/departure rules of Yokohama Port, read “PORT ENTRY MANUAL - PORT OF YOKOHAMA” carefully in the websites of Port & Harbor Bureau, City of Yokohama or Yokohama Coast Guard Office.
