The property features outdoor and indoor areas for your

ceremony reception, making The Village Green perfect for a

wedding any time of year.

Venues include a charming English-style garden, a white

gazebo and an indoor ballroom with copper ceilings

and a fireplace.

The Village Green is located on Interstate 5, just 25 minutes

south of Eugene and is a Moonstone Hotel Property.

The Cascadia Terrace is a perfect reception site for ceremonies in the Wedding Garden or the Cascadia Ballroom, and can also be set for a cocktail

hour. Propane heaters can be added for ambiance and warmth. Umbrellas can be added for shade.

THE LOFT

SEASONS AT THE GREEN RESTAURANT

The Loft is located upstairs in the main lodge and overlooks the Cascadia Terrace

and Wedding Garden. With romantic lighting and a fire place, this venue is

perfect for an intimate reception, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch or bridal shower.

This venue option is not included in the overall wedding venue rental. Separate

rental pricing applies.

Our Seasons at the Green Restaurant can also host rehearsal dinners of up to 25 guests. Open nightly with a seasonal Pacific Northwest Menu. Reservations

required.

The Cascadia Ballroom has a bridal party dressing room is equipped with a full-length mirror, spacious vanity, scores of outlets, a sink, restroom, microwave, refrigerator and

ironing board.

This space is included in the overall wedding venue rental.

AFTER PARTY - FIRESIDE LOUNGE

Keep the party going and enjoy nightly live music, food and drinks in our Fireside Lounge located off the

main lobby.

CATERING POLICIES

We offer a full menu of delicious food and beverage; whether you are having cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres or an extravagant formal dinner with private label wine.

Alcoholic & Non-alcoholic BarsWe have full abilities to do alcoholic

and non-alcoholic bars. Anything from beer and wine, champagne toasts, to

signature drinks and cocktails.

Function Room AssignmentsA $250 Reset Fee will be charged to flip a room or change a set previously approved via email or signature.

Outside Food and BeverageNo outside food or beverage is allowed. Exceptions are made for cakes and desserts from outside vendors. Food may not be taken off the premises under any circumstances. Bringing in your own wine must be approved by our Banquets Manager and will be subject to a $10 per 750ml bottle and $20 per 1.5L bottle corkage fee.

GuaranteesFood and alcohol selections are required 30 business days prior to all events. A guaranteed attendance is required for all meal functions 14 business days prior to the function. Additional meals added will be subject to availability and will incur an addition $5 per plate fee. Payment is due on the guaranteed attendance regardless of lower attendance. All menu prices are guaranteed 60 days prior to the function.
