Introduction
The company VÝFUKY TYLL s. r. o. is a family firm with 20 years long tradition concentrating on production of exhaust systems. Among the main products belong wide offer of exhausts and catalytic converters for the Škoda cars, further some types of exhausts for foreign cars, special exhausts for industrial machines, sporty stainless steel exhausts and parts of exhaust systems for primary production. The production area is 10 000 m2, storage area is 3 000 m2.
The company owner is Mr. Alexander Tyll.He started his business in the garage of his house in Červené Pečky in 1992. A year later, due to capacity and limited space, he rented the building of the parsonage in the neighbouring village Nebovidy and hired his first employees. Gradually with increasing production, he engaged more workers and he himself went through almost allthe posts in his company.

History
/ 1992 establishment of the company
/ 1993 moving of the company from the garage of the owner’s house to Nebovidy, hiring of the first employee, among the main products belong exhausts for the Dacia, Daewoo Racer and Avia cars
/ 1995 major expansion of production of exhausts for the Škoda Favorit and Felicia
/ 1999 building of a new hall of the area of 2000 m2 in the centre of Nebovidy
/ 2001 together with application of the ISO quality system the company modernizes and increases efficiency of production,its machinery and vehicle fleet
/ 2003 building of a logistic and storage complex of the areaof 3000 m2 with the capacity of 40 000 exhausts
/ 2005 has started building of a new hall of the area of 10 000 m2
/ 2010 building of production hall was finished, the production capacity was increased up to 1600 exhausts per day

Production technology
/ PIPES OF THICKNESS OF 1,5 mm – we use wholly aluminized pipes, the weld is always treated with a layer of aluminium. The used diameter of pipes is always according to original parts.
/ BENDING OF PIPES – bending is performed on CNC bending machines which preserve prescribed diameter of the pipe also in bends
/ EXHAUST CUPS – inner partitions and cups of the exhaust are made from aluminized steelof thickness of 1,5 mm
/ BODY OF THE EXHAUST – is made of two layers of aluminized materialof the thickness of 0,7 mm
/ CLIP-ZIP – weld-free clip technology. Inner parts are pressed into each other – not welded,the structure of the aluminized sheet metal is not damaged and therefore longer lifespan canbe guaranteed.
/ STAINLESS STEEL FRONT PARTS – for parts of the exhaust before the catalyst converter we use solely rustproof pipes which do not lower the lifespan and protect the catalyst converter from damage
/ HOMOLOGATION – all products are homologated
/ EXTENDED GUARANTEE – thanks to use of high-quality materials the guarantee is extendedup to 30 months
/ STAINLESS STEEL – production of selected types of stainless steel exhaust systems– production of sports exhaust systems made of stainless steel – mirror
Pipes
• Cutting of single and thick-walled pipes on the machine Adige - the diameter of 5-70 mm, the semi-finished product length of 6 m and the longest output cut of about 3 m. This machine also allows cutting of profiles and their simultaneous deburring. We also have other types of semi-automatic saws with the possibility of cutting of other dimensions and shapes available.
• cutting of pipes is done automatically on CNC cutting machines which respect prescribed dimension and remove aftercut dirt from the pipe.
• pipe bending, possibly bending of profiles or round steel on CNC controlled machine BLM, SOCO and Pulzer with the possibility of bending up to the diameter of 76 mm according to the tools for the given diameter of the pipe
• bending is performed on CNC bending machines which preserve prescribed diameter of the pipe also in bends
• calibration and perforation of pipes - contraction, expansion, pipe forming, forming circles and other shapes, cutting of pipe ends etc.
CUTTING OF PIPES

• sheet metal cutting up to the thickness of 4 mm - cutting line.• dimensions and maximum weight of the roll is thickness of 850 mm and weight of 1,5t.
• performed on CNC automatic machine which not only wind the case to desired shape but also longitudinally seam with a lock immediately without necessity of welding.
• head seaming is performed mechanically with the help of automatic machine without necessity to weld. The advantage is rolling „to flat“– 2x pressed edge of the cup.
• Tightness and permeability of flanging is tested by every 46th product.

Tin-plate
• Welding of aluminized and stainless steel is done on welding machines or manually using methods MIC/MAGor TIG.
• Pressing on eccentric presses with various load for maximum effectiveness and accuracy by pressing.
• Pressing or forming and bending under eccentric presses 10, 25, 40, 63, 160, 250 tons, including the possibility of automatic pressing with the feeder and unwinding directly from the plate roll under the press LEXN 160t. We also have hydraulic presses with the tonnage of 25 tons specially adapted for the large opening available.
WELDING
PRESSING
• electroerosive machining (wire cutting) - workpiece dimensions of x 400 y 250 and z 250
• vertical milling centres with the possibility of engraving work, precise 4D milling or coordinate drilling of tool plates up to the weight of 1820 kg and workpiece dimensions of x 1270 y 660 z 635 mm with the positioning accuracy of 0.005 mm. Thanks to the modeller SolidWorks, a tool for preparation of the NC code Surfcam and automatically controlled tool tank, these machines are not only very accurate, but also suitable for the serial production.
• performance of milling machines with measuring of up to the workpiecesize of x 900 y 400 z 300 mm.
• lathe-turning in extent of the diameter of 5 to 300 mm in the length of about 1000 mmby means of three different types of universal lathes with the possibility to cut metric threadsor Whithworts.
• surface grinding of a piece dimension of x 800 y 300 z 300 mm (including grinding on Beletr)
• circular grinding up to the diameter of 250 mm and length of 500 mm
• material cut of the cross-section of 300 x 300 mm
• the possibility of production of smaller single-purpose machines, equipment and devices, possibly also with our 3D design construction
• manual work, drilling, bending, welding in protective atmosphere (including stainless steel), cutting, everything connected with our equipment and machines which are used in exhaust manufacturing itself. Last but not least also grinding of tools, drills, milling machines, knives for planing machines, etc. on tool grinders.
The tool room is engaged in a wide range of metal processing - from precision pressing tools over classical machining, welding, hardening, and work with sheet metal to the production of single-purpose machines and assembly workstations. A part of the company is also its own constructive workstation and therefore it is possible to ensure the delivery including the project. Thanks to the modernization we can offer you services of a well-equipped tool room with the possibility of own construction (SOLIDWORKS) and preparation of programs for CNC machining (SURFCAM).
