RECRUITMENT PROCESS
(A) Requirement Identification
• A-1) Client conveys employee requirement to VFSL via E-mail with work profile, skills needed, resource budget, fulltime/part time etc.
• It is advisable to provide complete information at least one month in advance to have sufficient time for selection process as average notice period for employees to leave other organization is 3 to 4 weeks
• A-2) VFSL team reviews requirement and understand technical needs (IT setup, remote working tools, etc) and non-technical needs (workspace, work-timings, etc)
(B) Selection Process
• B-1) VFSL identifies Suitable Profiles: Suitable candidates as per profile criteria are identified from following sources:• VFSL's internal database,• Various Job Portals with
Nationwide coverage,• Recruitment/hiring
consultants• Multiple job positions can
be fulfilled by arranging walk-in interview via newspaper advertisement
• B-2) VFSL takes Preliminary interview
• B-3) Client Interview: Selected profiles are forwarded to Client to arrange next level Text/Voice/Video interview. VFSL also facilitates technical / non-technical tests client may want candidates to pass.
• B-4) Client selects candidate
(C) Confirmation
• C-1) Client confirms the appointment of selected employee via e-mail and also completes all necessary formalities as per commercial terms.
• C-2) Resource joins client's offshore workplace at VFSL.
