Our solutionThis solution allows the soft turning of boxes, a feature that makes it into the best option to make this process for delicate fruit, like blueberries.

DescriptionThe box turner is formed of a series of automatic devices that allow the dumping of delicate fruits with great precision and gentleness.

During the production process, a belt leads the boxes to the turning mechanism. This mechanism is also an entrance lung and the exit of empty boxes.

This equipment has a hexagonal wheel that turns at the required speed, with a mechanism of adjustable speed which facilitates the obtaining of up to 900 boxes/hour.

The speed adjustment is variable thanks to two push buttons.

Our SolutionThe multi-head dosing system is an equipment that improves and optimizes the final process of production lines. Its excellent precision and homogeneity posit ion it as an ideal solution for the horticultural industry.

DescriptionAutomatic multihead dosing system is a modular equipment that combines the accuracy of dosing and weighing systems. This unit is composed of an input hopper, a system of multiple headers and a precision scale.

The input hopper receives the product manually or automatically. Next, a digital system directs the trays to the bottom of the dosing. These pour the product inside of the containers in two stages. In the dosing in bulk phase the product is dispensed obtaining less weight than stipulated. Then, in the phase of fine dosing, the product is dosed piece by piece to the desired amount. With this system of regulation and dosing, Veserkal ensures an accurate amount in each tray.

Automatic dosing allows adapting the number of heads and the size of the trays to the specific needs of each client.

Our solutionThis automatic dosing system improves and optimizes the final process of packaging in production lines. Its excellent precision and homogeneity make it an ideal solution for the horticultural and meat industry, among others.

DescriptionThis is a modular solution which combines the accuracy of dosing and weighing systems. Among its several devices, we should highlight: the input belt, the accumulation hopper, the dosing belt, a weigh hopper, a precision balance, the box entry belt and the full box output belt.

The product is received manually or automatically from the accumulation hopper. Next, the product is moved to the dosing belts; at the same time the belt pours the product inside the dosing hopper. In the bulk dosing phase the product is dispensed obtaining less weight than stipulated. Then, in the phase of fine dosing, the product is dosed piece by piece to the desired amount. With this system of regulation and dosing, Veserkal ensures an accurate amount in each tray.

Our solutionThe labeller with integrated transporter stands out as a solution of easy use, compatible with several shapes and adaptable to most food and agrigulture industries. Its careful design provides it with excellent accuracy, which makes it an ideal option for working with fragile products.

DescriptionThe labeller with integrated transporter, in its multiple versions, is a complete system including a transporter and a labelling system. The conveyor belt has a speed regulation system which directs the products to the labelling unit. This has a servomotor operated dispensers which can supply the labels on the upper side, the lower side or both sides of containers.

This labelling system also allows work with pre-printed labels and, if necessary, add an integrated printer. The system is controlled by a touch display which can save the settings of up to 100 products independently.

Our solutionThe labelling machine outstands for being a very complete automated solution, compatible with several shapes and adabtable to most of agro-food industry.

DescriptionThis machine receives the product from an input band, where a conveyor belt moves it to the labelling unit. Afterwards, a pneumatic operated arm puts a label on each box in the pile in a fast and precise way. The arm picks the label from the printer by suction and moves to the application point. Once the process is finished, the boxes are moved to the final point of the line.

One of the advantages of this solution is its great adaptability, since it allows working with several formats such as boxes, trays, thermoformed containers, blisters and some pallet models. This system is very product-friendly. Moreover, the printer can add some data such as barcodes, weight, best before date, etc.

The equipment is controlled with a touch display with the possibility of programming the exact point where the label must be stuck, frontal, lateral or upper. This display can save the adjustments of up to 100 products independently.

Our solutionThe stacked boxes labeller is an equipment with some technical features that make it very adaptable and precise, allowing the work with a wide range of labels and boxes.

DescriptionThis machine receives the product from an input band, where a conveyor belt moves it to the labelling unit. Afterwards, a servomotor operated arm puts a label on each box in the pile in a fast and precise way. The arm picks the label from the printer by suction and moves vertically to the application point. This process is repeated several time, in an ascending order, until all the boxes from the pile have been labelled. Once the process is finished, the boxes are moved to the final point of the line.

The equipment is controlled with a touch display with the possibility of programming the number of boxes in each pile and the exact point where the label must be stuck, frontal or lateral. This display can save adjustments of up to 100 products independently.

Our solutionThe technical features of this solution guarantee a regular flow of trays, as well as its adjustment to the specifications of several kinds of containers and different working areas.

DescriptionWith two denester models, with threads or suction cups, we can offer solutions to any market requirements. These solutions are highly versatile, since their design can be integrated to any work units and they can denester containers of different sizes. In the case of the suction cups, by changing the suction cup modules and adjusting the passing of the piles, containers of several sizes can be unstacked by an only machine. In the case of the threads, the change is even easier, as the whole block is replaced. This allows a fast and independent denestering process, ensuring the highest efficiency.

Our solutionThis machine is designed to line up those containers coming from the thermoformer and going to the labelling machine.

Description Apart from lining up the containers fast and safely , the lines unifier reduces considerably the distance from the thermoformer to the labelling machine. This is due to the efficiency of its several mechanisms.

This solution has a detector to detect the product entry, and it immediately activates the control cycle. Thus, the tracks move sideways and the transporters activate individually, to sequence the container exit. This way, the labelling area receives the product in an individual and controlled way.

Likewise, this machine accepts several recipes that allow a fast change of format, adapting to the client requirements.

Lines unifier

Veserkal has designed a lines unifier to accelerate the process of container lining up. This solution has become one of the most efficient and compact in the market.

Our solutionThis excellent equipment, apart from ensuring the weighing and labelling of the product is ready to face large productions in a continuous mode. This is possible thanks to the quality of its design.

DescriptionThis mechanism receives the product through an input band, where a conveyor belt moves it to the weighing unit. There the values previously marked as reference are validated and, if not met, the product is immediately discarded. If the validation is positive, an output belt transfers the product to the labelling unit.

In this unit, an arm driven pneumatically quickly and accurately applies a label on the processed container. This mechanism collects a label from the printer by aspiration to attach it properly at the point of application. Once the process is completed, the products are transferred to the end of the line.

One of the advantages of this solution is its adaptability, allowing working with various formats, such as boxes, trays and thermoformed blister, among others. This system is very respectful of the product.

On the other hand, the printer can add data such as bar codes, weights and dates of consumption. Another great advantage of this solution is that it has two labelers. Thus, if one of them runs out of labels, the other one can continue labelling, so that the roll changing does not imply stopping the production.

The computer control is via a touchscreen display that offers the possibility to set the reference weight, the exact point of labelling, either front, side or top, and the different recipes of the printer. This display is able to store the settings of up to 100 products independently.

Our SolutionThis solution is specially designed to perform a fast and intuitive interpretation of the programmed weight, getting the required weight and offering optimal results.

DescriptionThe scale with light is an automatic equipment which, with a color code, controls if the amount of product is the correct one or, on the contrary, the weight is over or below the stated scale.

� If the red light turns on, the operator will have to add more units to the tray. � If the orange light turns on, the operator will have to add one unit to the tray. � If the green light turns on, the operator will have achieved the desired weight. � If the blue light turns on, the operator will have to remove one unit from the tray.

� If the white light turns on, the operator will have to remove more than one unit from the tray.

This is a very visual and intuitive code, improving the operators’ efficience and the production line productivity.

Although this product was designed as an autonomous one, Veserkal plans to create a set of products which can be connected to a PCL to programme the stated weight for all the equipment set.

In order to improve the performance of production lines, Veserkal has designed an autonomous operation scale that includes a series of indicator lamps similar to traffic lights.
