EnhancementsThe following items are newly-implemented features intended to increase end-

user productivity throughout TrackIt.

Max Water Allowed Exceeded

alert updated

(NFS-1672)

Users now have the option to adjust how theMax Water Allowed ExceededAlert appears on theEquipment Map. Instead of requiring dispatchers topress the acknowledge button for the alert to disappear, the alert can be set

to disappear when its associated ticket closes. This new setting can prevent old

MaxWater Allowed Exceeded alerts from cluttering theDispatch Summarypanel when dispatchers do not acknowledge previous alerts.

To enable this setting

1. Navigate toSettings > Alerts.

2. Locate theMaxWater Allowed Exceeded Alert and clicktheEdit button.

3. In theEdit Alert dialog window, click theNotifications tab.

4. Check Show in alert bar until alert expires.

5. ClickSave & Close .
