TOOL LIST

The following tools are required to successfully assembly the G2 Mudguards. You can purchase special KKL tools by their tool number detailed below.

1. INITIAL SETUP

WHEN INVERTING THE GOCYCLE, DO SO ON A SOFT, NON-MARKING

SURFACE, E.G., CARPET, TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE GOCYCLE DASHBOARD

DISPLAY

1.1. For ease, invert the Gocycle so that it rests on its handlebars and saddle.

1.2. Remove the front PitstopWheel.



1.3. Locate the rubber fork boot. The panel, indicated, must be removed to allow installation of the front fender mount.

1.4. Use a pair of sharp scissors to carefully cut the panel out of the boot.

1.5. Completely remove the panel from the boot, as shown.



1.6. Push the fork boot down and around the front fork race.

1.7. Locate the G2 Fender Bracket (C) onto the front fork race as demonstrated.

1.8. Install the first securing bolt, M5x10 SH SS A4 (D) using a 4mm Allen key and tighten.



1.9. Install the second M5x10 SH SS A4 (D) using a 4mm Allen key and tighten.

1.10. Install the second pair of M5x10 SH SS A4 (D) caphead bolts into the top of the fender mount, as shown.

Do not completely tighten and leave them slightly protruding.



2. G2 FRONT MUGUARD INSTALLATION

2.1. Orientate the Front Mudguard (B) as shown.

2.2. Locate the protruding bolts through the front fender bracket.

2.3. Slide the mudguard towards the back of the Gocycle and ensure the bolts are fully located.

2.4. To secure the front mudguard, tighten both bolts with a 4mm Allen key.

3. FRONT MUDGUARD ALIGNMENT CHECK/ADJUSTMENT

3.1. In order to determine if the mudguard is aligned correctly, refit the front wheel.

3.2. Inspect the orientation of the mudguard in relation to the front wheel.

If the mudguard is aligned with the wheel, installation of the front mudguard is complete—continue to step 3.10.

If the mudguard and wheel are not aligned, continue to step 3.3.



3.3. If the mudguard is not aligned correctly, then remove the front wheel and loosen the two fender bracket securing bolts.

3.4. Remove the mudguard from the fender bracket to allow adjustment of the fender mount.

3.5. Slightly loosen the two securing bolts to allow for adjustment.



3.6. Reposition the fender mount in order to adjust the final positon of the front mudguard.

3.7. Tighten both securing bolts once the fender mount has been repositioned.

3.8. Reinstall the front mudguard and retighten the securing bolts.



3.9. Reattach the front wheel and inspect the alignment of the front mudguard with the the front wheel.

If necessary repeat steps 3.3–3.8, until aligned.

3.10. To finish the operation, release and pull the boot over the fender mount.



4. G2 REAR MUDGUARD INSTALLATION

4.1. Unscrew and remove the rear mudguard mounting knob, shown.

4.2. Align the rear mudguard (A) as demonstrated.

4.3. Install the rear mudguard ensuring to locate the mudguard into the fender guide bracket, as shown.



4.4. Tighten the rear mudguard mounting knob in order to secure the rear mudguard.

IMPORTANT NOTE: THE ABOVE ASSEMBLY STEPS MUST BE CARRIED OUT IN ORDER. FAILING TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE GOCYCLE.
