IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION
Arrival: All Spectators and buses/trucks will enter the 565 entrance to the school. (There is one entrance leading up to the school) Parking: Buses will be parked in the top lot and spectators will be parked in the middle and lower lot. Restrooms: Restrooms for the band will be at the front entrance of the school upon arrival. Restrooms for Spectators will be in the main gym entrance closest to the stadium. Member Re-entry: Band Members will be given wrist bands upon arrival. Warm-up: Warm up locations are on adjacent athletic fields and parking lots and are identified on the attached map. Field surface: The field is artificial. High School hashes will be present. Retreat/Critique: Drum Major Retreat will be at the gate near concessions. Director Critique will be in the Faculty Cafeteria. Tickets: Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for senior citizen and students with id. All admissions will be sold at the gate. Concessions: Concessions will be available at an outdoor concession stand.

Arrival: All Spectators and buses/trucks will enter the 565 entrance to the school. (There is one entrance leading up to the school) Parking: Buses will be parked in the top lot and spectators will be parked in the middle and lower lot. Restrooms: Band Member Restrooms will be across from the cafeteria and in the hallway left of the school’s main entrance. Spectator Restrooms will be in the hallway right of the school’s main entrance and by the spectator main entrance to the gymnasium. Member Re-entry: Band Members will be given wrist bands upon arrival. Warm-up: There will be warm-up areas available for winds and separate warm up areas for battery. They will be listed on the updated performance schedule. Pit Percussion will be warming up in our cafeteria. There will be a designated spot in the cafeteria with your school name on it. Bands will have designated rooms to warm up. There will be separate drum line warm up areas. IMPORTANT -- Color Guard will have mats provided on which to perform. While full routines are allowed, please make sure that students using hard equipment are on the mats (rifles and such). This will help prevent damage to the gymnasium floor and/or your equipment. Please note - we will do our best to accommodate warm up areas for color guard. However, do to constraints of height in the color guard warm up areas, tosses and use of large color guard equipment may not be possible during the warm up. Performance Area: The gym is sizeable enough to accommodate your students to watch competing bands performances. Please prepare your students in a stand still performance. Please encourage your fans and students to stay for awards, visit our concessions and watch competing bands. Retreat/Critique: There will be an awards ceremony and judge’s critique at the conclusion of each half of the show. The critique and director’s hospitality will take place in the Faculty Dining Room in our cafeteria. Tickets: Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for senior citizen and students with id.
