Venusan Company as an EPC contractor was founded in 2012 under No. 422098 in Tehran Companies

Registration Office. The activities area of this company includes: Engineering, Procurement &

Construction services in the fields of Energy , executing the oil and gas transmission pipelines

projects and related activities. The most and foremost part of Venusan executive performances and its

managers’ and founders’ experiences traces , engineering and executing different and numerous

projects. In this regard, this company has started the construction of Venusan Factories Complex in

Mohr Industrial Area to build and prepare the required equipment and materials. This company is

ready to participate in every related project due to its experienced and skillful managers and experts,

modern machineries and required equipment.

EWSD:

EWSD (Elektronisches Wählsystem Digital in German, Electronic Digital Switching System/ElectronicWorld Switch Digital in English) is one of the most widely installed telephone exchange systems in theworld. EWSD can work as a local or tandem switch or combined local/tandem, and for landline or mobilephones.

CO2 System:

CO2 or Carbon Dioxides is an odorless, colorless and neutral gas with numerous qualities which makes itsuitable as a fire-fighting substance. CO2 is useful and applicable especially in fighting the fire caused bygas and electronic devices. Additionally, it is ideal to be used in closed environments such as controlrooms, S.S, GIS because there is no need to clean the environment after its usage. CO2 gas is stored incylinders and under-pressure tanks as liquid.

Project Description

This project is supposed to be completed in 3 phases, each lasting for 2 years. It is a steel pre-fabricatedparts factory. The main activities of this factory includes: production of drilling raft parts, maintenance andfabrication of related equipment, establishment of a technical institute to teach the required skills in thefabrication and installment of upstream and downstream equipment in the oil and gas industries.

Application and employment of the local resources like talented manpower, satisfying the civil andnational needs, etc. in the petrochemical, refineries and other industries and general urban and non-urbanprojects are of the main goals of the present project.

To accomplish this project, either the trained or later will be trained local manpower will be employed andit is expected to supply about 70% of the required manpower from the local people.

Phase 1:

The executive team in the steel pre-fabricated parts and other related equipment unit will be about 150people in technical, support, management and executive departments who will be chosen among trained,talented and skillful local applicants.

phase 2:

Activities like maintenance, repairing the equipment, fabrication of different parts as well as drilling raftwill be added to the activities of phase 1 and 50 other people will be also added to the previous employedmanpower. a standard training institute will be established to serve as a technical college in order toprovide services in different technical fields such as: wielding, turning, topography, computer and otherrelated fields to increase the technical and professional knowledge of people.

This phase will be initiated after 4 years when every other unit has set out and the basic capacities have

increased significantly. It is estimated to add another 100 people to our manpower. It should be noticed

that we will be trying to satisfy a part of our country’s civil demands and create an industrial pole

consisting of our factory as its focus and center point. This factory will play a great role not only as a

training center but also will help to create job opportunities for local people.

Parsian Gas Refinery

The project is in form of EPC (in cooperation with IPMI) for 43 MMCM/D gas

treating plant in Lamerd (South of Iran) which includes slug catcher,

separation, dehydration, Hg removal, LPG extraction and fractionation units,

receiving facilities, chilling units, butane and propane storages, metering and

VRU compressor units in order to produce following products :

450,000 ton/year propane, 310,000 ton/year butane, 11 MM BBL/year

condensate(C5+), 850,000 ton/year ethane and 1520 MMSCFD lean gas.

Main parts of the work consist of installation of 8,500 ton steel structures,

4,000 tons mechanical equipment, 200,000 in-dia. piping, 330 km cabling for

instrument and electrical system,40,000 m³ concrete and 32,000 m² building,
