When trying to think and make something we've never done it may be very difficult ... to

probe into various corners of our brain that has never experienced do such things is

something that is almost impossible. one term of reference that might be tried is to do Veni

Vidi Vici mindset ... that seemed familiar to our ears, but do we ever try this way .....

Veni, vidi, vici is a famous Latin phrase, derived from the Julius Caesar, Roman general and

consul in 47 BC. Julius Caesar used this phrase in his message to the Roman senatedescribing his victory over Pharnaces II of Pontus in the battle of Zela. Sentence which

means I came, I saw, I win / beat means easy and absolute victory.

This sentence is often mistakenly written as Vini, Vidi, Vici

The mindset that we may apply the simplest is to find a solution of a problem with the steps

    as follows:

Veni: problems that arise, should not be mistaken as a punishment for something we do ... we

take it rightly as a step towards something bigger (just be positive)., Do not let problems

come then instead we avoid it. Avoiding problems for temperoraly is good, but if we runaway from problems later on we might be able to be stamp as looser. Problems are still a

problem, but if we embrace and try to solve it with a head cold solution will surely come ...

    hope so.

Vidi: after we make peace with the problem,,, the next step might be worth trying to identify

the problem from all sides ... the good and bad from our side ... the side of the people around

us ... the bosses, subordinates, etc.. perspectives of various kinds can make us understand that

this problem was not as big as we feared it to be...., maybe it's just because the problem came

with the sudden and altogether there are no shadows in the solution. Step (2) this is important

.. here we understand our problems and let the weight of the brain and consciousness to roam

in peace in order to understand the CORE of ROOT PROBLEMS. (Of course without

    blaming someone else)

Vici: Step ..... after completion of the core problem that has been found or at least there is a

pattern which is reflected ... where it came from .... who is causing trouble ... what are the

effects that could bring, then we think of the alternatives of settlement (which is good if more

than 3) which we have thought in the previous stage. Remember not every problem can be

resolved at one time ,,, but it seems like our persistence in solving problems that will reduce

the burden of the problems (at least we make peace and conquer our fears)

as the great man said ... Success belongs to those individuals who can look at the complexchallenges Offered by the world as Inspiration ..
