Why Major in Vegetarian Culinary Arts at Southern?

The new culinary arts kitchen is 3,000 square feet with space dedicated exclusively for labs and classes.

Curriculum includes safety, purchasing, and marketing aspects in addition to food preparation.

Instruction supports the spiritual component of a vegetarian diet.

Southern is one of only a few colleges or universities in the country providing this kind of training.
