A Company File search contains all of the up to date information received in an ASIC Organisational Extract, with the addition of summary ABN information and an indication of any adverse information held on the Veda Advantage (formerly Baycorp Advantage) database.

statistical information and algorithms. Verification that property exists (through the Electoral Roll and Australia Post). The last known sale history of the property (where available. Not shown in

Victoria). Sales history of 10 properties in close proximity of the property (where available.

Street, lot and unit numbers not shown in Victoria).

2 Search Results

A Company/Business Express search can be completed on all Companies and Businesses in Australia and provides: A search of public record data on that Company/Business Where available, a Veda Advantage on-file Company/Business Name Search. A search of the Veda Advantage database Where available, a credit score based on the analysis of the entire Veda

Advantage database, including public record See Appendix A for a sample Company Express Report and Appendix B for a sample Business Express Report.

2.1 Credit Score

Credit scores are produced by analysing over 250 characteristics according to the industry accepted and proven statistical processes. The Veda Advantage Company/Business Express scorecard outlines the key contributing factors impacting on the assessment and may include factors such as: History of type of Credit sought Number of Enquiries Shopping Pattern Company Information Age of File and Pattern of Enquiries Industry Characteristics Director Derogatory Information recorded Default Information recorded Court Writ Information recorded

Please note that some of these factors can only be assessed if this information is on file on the Veda Advantage database at the time of your Company/Business Express search.

A search of the directors' commercial files A credit score based on the above information (only PTY, PTY LTD and Business

entities can be scored. Additionally, organisations under a strike-off action will not produce a score).
