Designed to keep drivers on the move. RoadLog automatically tracks a driver’s time on the road – and warns drivers if they are about to exceed allowable limits. RoadLog tracks a driver’s status in one of four categories:• On-duty • Driving • Sleeper berth• Off-duty
Roadside inspection? No problem! At the touch of a button, RoadLog’s built-in printer provides a paper report showing complete Hours of Service (HOS) data. Drivers are soon on their way again.
Need to provide an electronic data record? Drivers can use the RoadLog Driver Key USB to download and hand off complete data in seconds.
Compliance review? No problem! All the data is visible and archived in the fleet software readily available for export or print.
Easy data downloads.With VDO RoadLog, fleet managers download drivers’ data in seconds from the RoadLog Driver Key USB. An optional wireless download feature will be available in 2014 to allow data collection via cellular networks (cellular service plan will be required).

Controlling and protecting the data.Permission to access data from the RoadLog EOBR is possible only with the Driver Key or Fleet Key USBs, so that drivers and enforcement officials access only the data that they need to see. RoadLog data is fully protected and tamper resistant, to ensure data integrity and data privacy.

VDO RoadLog EOBR System Requirements:VDO RoadLog requires a PC in the office with a CD drive, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP, 2 free USB ports, an Internet connection, 400Mb of free hard drive space and Adobe PDF Reader.
VDO RoadLog EOBR Installation Requirements: A connection cable is required (sold separately). Cables come with a standard mounting bracket, and RoadLog comes pre-fitted for multiple mounting options.

VDO RoadLog mounting hardware, wiring, cables, Fleet Key and Driver Keys are sold separately.
VDO RoadLog requires an installation of the VDO RoadLog Fleet Management Software in order to initialize the RoadLog Driver Key.
The VDO RoadLog Fleet Key is required to install and run the Fleet software.
Additional Driver Key USBs can be purchased to allow multiple drivers to be tracked on a single vehicle.
The Fleet Management Software can be extended to an unlimited number of vehicles. Additional license extension cards are sold in 5-license increments.
