Engineering. Sub:- Representation for release of annual increments
to all the regular faculty of vasavi college of engineering
reg.Respected Sir, We would like to bring to your notice once again
about the release of annual increments. Annual increments are not
released to several faculty of our college for the last four years.
Stopping increments in the name of review will reduce the
confidence of faculty, and it may not contribute for any
improvement or motivation because the faculty will feel
discrimination. Our college has followed rigorous process for
selection of regular faculty and the faculty prefer our college
because they are regular posts. We all know that we have to prepare
for at least one hour for teaching one hour in class. Though the
faculty are having several years of experience it is very difficult
to recall the topics randomly in review, as the memory of human
being is limited. There is a lot of difference in class room
teaching and presentation in front of the review committee. The
reviews are conducted with short notice and with more pressure on
faculty. Even the subject experts cannot answer hundred percent
questions in that pressure for such a long period. We all know that
the result of performance also depends on judge and judged. Finally
we want to say that the faculty are ready for improving any lapses
which will be indicated by the management. Hence we request you to
release annual increments to all the regular faculty of vasavi
