    NHNG VN CHUNG CA POLYME BLEND

    I.1. Mt skhi nim vpolyme blend

    Khi nghin cu v hnh thi cu trc pha ca polyme blend,ngi ta cho rng: polyme blend l mt loi vt liu c nhiu pha,trong c mt pha lin tc/pha nn (matrix) v mt hoc nhiupha phn tn (dispersion phase). Mi mt pha c to nn bi mtpolyme thnh phn. Khi sdng nha novolac phenol formaldehytlm cht n tng cng cho cao su, nha novolac nm pha phntn, cn pha lin tc l pha cao su. Tuy nhin, trong thc t tnti mt svt liu polyme blend khng hon ton theo quan nimnhvy, l vt liu polyme blend c 2 pha polyme lin tc xenk nhau (co-continuous two-phase morphology) nh vt liu

    polyme blend PVC/NBR, SBR/NBR/polyacrylonitril mt stlthch hp [7-10].
