Building System Variation provides a powerful

The building system also includes new methods

for; prefabrication, assembly, production,

Unlike most existing systems for prefabrication

we take the plunge for even greater automation

in the construction process. Construction on site

is avoided.

One of our ideas is to replace interior Walls

built on-site with prefabrication.

We believe that our dynamic time in work and

family life requires a re-thinking with other

Our proposal is to implement even better buildings by avoding expensive and

timeconsuming ”On-site constructions”,and invest instead in new holistic

solutions for prefabrication , as the Building System Variation can offer.

As shown in our calculations the Interior Wall System Variation provides a

reassuring base for investment and profit, and it is a major option to implementing

the system. We propose that the Interior Wall System Variation is the technical

solution which is implemented in the first stage.

The prototype shows in principal how the assembly and disassembly in practice is proposed to be. Alternative methods for moving of the locking bar exists.

At the end of the movie, a testing ground for electric wiring with re-lining and bends is shown. We have developed even easier methods for re-lining than what is shown in the video.

Existing insulation, electrical wiring etc. in the building elements is intentionally here not illustrated.

In order to facilitate transport and installation, we have practically proven traditional tools, transport carts, etc.

With its significant niche that the project/patent Variation has in the market, we have calculated that a large percentage of

the total market can be claimed for Variation.  

As part of our inventory of the market, we have consulted various companies in the construction sector as contractors,

architects, clients etc. - which have shown that they have an expressed interest in the Building System Variation.

The following markets could be added in this calculation :

• flexible buildings, exhibition halls, school pavilions, temporary buildings, etc.

The Swedish market- an example

In Sweden, the total market for apartments, detached and semidetached houses and offices is to equivalent

approximately 1 400 000 wall units per year,

• The market share of the utilization of full production capacity varies between about. 0.5% for Phase 2. and about 3.2%

for Phase 4A, 4B.

Foreign markets- an example

Through the patents in Europe, we have access to

several markets in Europe. The calculated total market in

Germany alone, where we have a patent, is about 10,5

million interior wall panels per year, (number of square

meters per year gives number of wall panels per year,

size of 1.2 mx 2.4 m).

Summary-market shares

Changes the market for Variation depending on the

application of the project. Market shares are generally

speaking very large, and in our calculations there is no

"ceiling" that limits its scope.!

In our calculations we have devoted considerable

resources and money for a profitable and successful

order input.

INVESTIGATION

An investigation has been done of existing building

systems to clarify what could be done even better with

the Building System Variation.

The reported control points were that Variation, compared

with traditional buildings, provides a positive result.

It was found that there were still better solutions and

economy with our system.

This is even done when Variation replaces the current

designs or works as a complement to existing methods

for construction.

Verification points deals with everything such as

environmental issues, new constructions and costs for

reconstructions, product-cycle, analysis, transportation,

design and architecture.

There are few small block systems on the market. They are without technical installations assembled

at the factory. An example: cold rooms, building system for disaster areas, old systems for interior

•Through the big volume elements about 95% is made at the factory. Large transports and assembly with large cranes are implemented.

4. Small block systems

PROPOSED SHARE OF PROFITS

The project / patent Variation has a significant niche in the major markets in

Sweden and abroad.

Our investigations and calculations suggest that the investment will yield

significant benefits to the contractor / house supplier which represents about

50% of the total profit.

The other profits are distributed to about 40% to the investor including

innovator, and about 10% to the client for lower building costs. Payoff is

relatively short.

EXIT-CONCERNING PROFITS

EXIT AT THE MULTI-STAGE IMPLEMENTATION

We propose that the EXIT takes place at a time when a Phase is released for the next Phase.Of course, other times for Exit can be selected. As we demonstrated above, the timing of Payoff is relatively short.

We suggest that according to our calculations, the profit –sharing ( about 50%) goes to the contractor / house provider with:• about 0,4 million EUR / year at the conclusion of Phase 2• about 1,1 million EUR / year at the conclusion of Phase 3• about 2,4 million EUR / year at the conclusion of Phase 4A, respectively phase 4B

As our proposal the rest of the profit-sharng ( about 50%) goes to the investor, innovator , consultants,, lower costs for the client. etc.

Based on, the between option with an initial investment of about 1 million EUR has manufacturing,

as a suggestion, due to a “soft landing” an over-capacity on the first and even third year. Payoff is

CAPITAL NEEDS

Based on preliminary bids and related documents (please see the attachments), we have established

the basic information on investments, profits, payoff times etc. for the various production options /

phases.

• To complement existing local / factory implementation requires a capital investment ,mini-option

PHASE 2, of about 0,1 million EUR , see basic investment ,G1b.

• For a new building and machinery, mini-option PHASE 2, requires a capital investment of about

. 0,3 million EUR, see basic investment ,G1a.

• In the long term we are looking for capital based on a gradual expansion of the previously

announced phases, or direct investment in the more productive phases 3 respectively 4A, 4B.

• The profit accrues to contractor respectively to the investor, innovator, as well as to those who are

using the Building System Variation.

CAPACITY

Between option, Phase 3, as an example:

Through the between option, Phase 3, are 150 running meters ( r. m.) produced per day. This is equivalent

to (150/1.2 = 125) 125 wall panels per day. These interior wall panels have a dimension of suggested

1.2 x 2.4 m.

With estimated 260 effective working days per year produces about 32 000 pieces of wall panels per year,

which produces the basis for our calculations.

Maximum number of effective working days per year has not been included and represents a significant

reserve of the capacity .

COST OF PRODUCTION

The cost of production for between option, Phase 3, ca 2,4 million EUR. At an annual production of about 32

000 wall panels the “unit price” for each element is about 75:- EUR.

PRICE OF SALE

In this calculation, we have followed common practice that the sale price is equal twice the cost of

production, i.e. in this project 150:- EUR per wall panel.

Contractors and house suppliers have declared that they are willing to produce the project Variation when assignment exists.

projects, are interested in providing a base to the implementation of the project

Variation.

License/option contract

Option/license agreements can be signed with regard to the parties’ objectives, the commitments, etc.

Company

As an option we offer significant shares in the company according to parties’ commitments, and

where the share of the builder/house provider, as a suggestion, can add up to about 50% of the

company. We propose that your company becomes a partner in the patent and Building System

Variation with significant influence on the economy, production and implementation.

Exit

We give suggestions for appropriate times to “exit” with appropriate times by profits. See
