Vanir International takes its name from Norse mythology,

where the Vanir were the gods of growth, fertility and commerce,

and were associated to wisdom and good counsel.

These attributes lie at the heart of Vanir International where our team of consultants is dedicated to helping our clients get the best out of their leadership team.

Juan Francisco Puente CastilloJuan has a career of more than 15 years in leadership positions in business organizations and academia. He holds an MBA and an MSc in Communications from Lancaster University (UK), a BSc in Electronics Engineering (Cum Laude) and a PgDip in Project Management from Tec de Monterrey (Mexico). Additionally, he has a certificate on Strategic HR Management from Ross School of Business (Chicago, US) and on Ethics across the curriculum from Loyola University (Chicago).

He is certified in different psychometric and assessment tools as well as in Instructional Design and Instructional Methods (Tec de Monterrey). He’s currently member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Martha A. EbbesenDuring the last 10 years, Martha has successfully developed a dual career in academia and consultancy. She is an experienced coach and masters several European languages. Martha holds an MA and a BA in History with a minor in Philosophy (University of Copenhagen, Denmark), and an MA in Historical Research (Lancaster University, UK). She has undertaken advanced programs on Executive Coaching, Media Ecology and the International Security Agenda in the 21st Century.

She is certified in Instructional Design and Instructional Methods (Tec de Monterrey). She was awarded the Best Teacher Prize in 2012 and holds the position of Honorary Professor at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Tec de Monterrey. She is presently undertaking the PhD program in Politics at Lancaster University.
