FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER….
VALTREE BRINGS YOU THE WORLD CLASS OF
“PREINSULATION ON
VALVES & STRAINERS”
3
THE BASIC NECESSITY OF INSULATION IS TO CONTOL
TEMPERATURE / ENERGY LOSS IS THE ESSENTIAL ELEMENT.
TO COUNTERACT GLOBAL WARMING BY REDUCING CO 2
EMISSIONS.
TO REDUCE FUEL BILLS & ASSOCIATED RUNNING COSTS
TO PREVENT CONDENSATION ( THE OFTEN UNSEEN ENEMY )
WHY INSULATION REQUIRED FOR HVAC INDUSTRY ????
4
From past hundreds of years HVAC & R industry have been facing a challenge of corrosion on valves & strainers, which is effect of condensation on metallic surface
At site, insulation on valves & strainers is done manually which leaves lot of air gaps & that leads to condensation and followed by corrosion
Finally this scenario demands for replacement of a new Valve or Strainer, which increase capital investment, maintenance cost and material wastage as well
Indirectly this practice was effecting microclimatic conditions of a region in several ways. Primarily, when heat loss is not efficiently controlled, generation of energy becomes mandatory and so effecting underutilization or inefficient utilization of energy. Also, with respect to energy utilization to manufacture products when a product which is deteriorated earlier than its intended lifecycle, which leads to macro climatic changes such as global warming.

PROBLEMS WITH CONVENTIONAL INSULATION SYSTEM
6
Analysis on conventional insulation material behaviour within short period of installation : We often observe that the insulation material does not continue to person as efficiently it was intended to over a period of time and when we cut open the insulation, we see delaminated material from valve/strainer body surface creating lot of air gaps. Main reasons are: 1. Improper workmanship for insulation over the valve because of
Uneven surfaces of the valve & flanges, where acute curvature cannot be surged by the manual labor.
2. As insulated manually, every valve shall not have standarised workmanship. i.e., each valve shall be uniquely insulated leaving different performance results.
3. Big challenge of availability of efficient labour who could perfectly do the job of insulation.
4. Very tedious and labourious work for a person to efficiently concentrate and do standarised insulation.
7
General Plant room after completion of insulation & cladding over the pipeline and valve.
8
Insulation material has started peeling off from the surface of valve body
9
Insulation & cladding has already peeled of from the surface areas and the nuts & bolts have corroded completely.
10
Insulation & cladding has already peeled also due to vibrations as reported in one of the sites

NOVALITY & BENEFITS OF
PREINSULATION OVER VALVE &
STRAINER

VALTREE PREINSULATED
VALVES & STRAINERS,
SOLUTION, NEED OF THE DAY !!!

Valtree have introduced an innovative & energy efficient solution to market demand with an idea of Pre-insulation on valves & strainers
Valtree preinsulated products comes with factory Preinsualted technology done on machines. So there are no air gaps which avoids troublesome situations further
Hence the product showed very prominent results in different atmospheric conditions against condensation & corrosion which shows efficient life cycle performance of the product
It substantially decreases the total capital & maintenance costs to end user. High Aesthetical value of the product and amazingly fast execution & less time and manpower requirements are add on advantages to the end-user
Since this is ready to fix advanced solutions, it saves lot of project execution time. Also, it avoids frequent repairs & maintenance
14
Valtree comes up with first time ever in the world of preinsualtion with the usage of rigid polyurethene foam with specialized reinforced technology
Valtree products are insulated with rigid polyurethane, with standard density of 70kg/m3 and standard thickness of 20mm resulting in high mechanical strength to avoid damage during installation and transportation to site
Valtree products are act as excellent time saver & catalyst for faster project execution as they save lot of time, labor, energy and money
Valtree preinsulation valves & strainers stands over and above any on site insulated valves & strainers by reduction in capital investment to end user by eliminating additional activities like procurement & installation of “valve/strainers + labour + insulation material + cladding + material wastages + time” at site
15
“PRINCIPLE INVOLVED” The basic fundamental Principle behind the product development is
world-class innovative patented “Pre-insulation technology” to provide an eco friendly & energy efficient solution which avoids condensation, heat loss and corrosion related problems in conventional practices of insulation.

LITTLE BRIEF ABOUT INSULATION
19
The most important property of an insulation material is its insulation performance. The yardstick for such insulation performance is low thermal conductivity or high thermal resistance. All materials have a thermal conductivity (Lambda (λ) value) which is specific to material property measured in W/(m·K). It represents the heat flow in watts (W) through a 1 m² surface and 1 m thick flat layer of a material when the temperature difference between the two surfaces in the direction of heat flow amounts to 1 Kelvin (K).

22
Lowest Thermal Conductivity, to guarantee highest insulating efficiency
•High Heat Resistance for a very wide range of applications
Acts as an Anti-Corrosion agent
•High shear strength to avoid detachment during thermal expansion
•High closed-cell content to prevent the spread of moisture
High mechanical strength to avoid damage during transportation and laying
Highly cost reduction catalyst and in return offers value for money
Very Versatile in terms of applications like building insulation, sound barrier, shock absorber, temperature control, etc.
Aesthetically wonderful in appearance.
Much multiplied and Longer Life for Polyurethane Insulation
Doesn‟t require maintenance after installation.
Excellent Time saver in terms of Labour and Project Execution Time.
Rigid Polyurethane Insulation Advantages
23
PUR/PIR foams do not readily ignite when in contact with flame
In most applications the foam is covered with facing materials
Highest risk for contact with flame is during storage or installation
They do not ignite spontaneously
If fully ignited, they do not drip flaming droplets
PUR products are described as self extinguishing
Composite structures containing PUR/PIR are approved by Factory Mutual &
loss prevention council
Withstands standards of BS 476
Fire Performance
24
Polyurethane insulation products can offer excellent fire performance and very
low smoke emission comparable with other insulating material.
