Advertising Terms1. All copy must be submitted in writing. Our staff can help design your ad, but we need

content to work with when the contract is submitted.2. If you already have an ad designed, send the advertisement as a PDF file.3. If we design your ad, you will be emailed a copy of the advertisement to approve before

publication. You will have 48 hours to approve the ad. If we do not hear back from you, we will assume the ad has been approved.

4. All advertisements must be paid for in advance. If we have not received your payment 2 weeks before the newspaper is published, your ad will not run.

5. We offer a 15% discount for advertising in 2 or more issues, but please fill out only one contract with every publication date.

6. You will be mailed a copy of the newspaper containing your ad.7. Notification of a cancellation of an ad must be given 2 weeks prior to the estimated

publishing date via email. We will confirm your cancellation. If you do not receive an email back within 48 hours, please contact us again as your email may not have reached us.

8. We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to advertisements.9. We reserve the right to refuse any copy.10. The Valor Dictus staff cannot guarantee the specific placement of the advertisement within

the newspaper.11. Online ads can also be purchased, Please see the Online Contract.
