What:

Valence Motivation (Pty) Ltd is a 6 year old, motivation consultancy successfully applying

brand motivations approach to grow managers, employees and stakeholders using brand

strategies to inspire brands. Brand Motivations Approach is an engagement mix of human

relations and marketing principles to best manager performance improvement projects for big

businesses seeking or are already doing business in Lesotho.

Our high technical approach to Motivation means we do not look at the subject on the level of

self-improvement rather from the corporate perspective whereby true transformation-led

initiatives are a desire, a desire to recognise and reward people through consultations and

programs.

We research on deep theories and practices of motivation that affect your markets of managers,

employees and market(s) then work hard to suggest, discuss, train, experiment and sustain your

profitability high and predictable along these service lines.

Our philosophy is that motivation is the equivalent of brand strategy plus communications

[m=(s-h) +c]. If your strategy does not communicate your strategy rather your hopes then it

cannot truly motivate your specific stakeholders toward your desired authentic direction; the

opposite holds true. Therefore a company that has managers and staff that are hopeful produce

a hopeful market (no profit) however, where the company has managers and staff that is

strategic then the market becomes strategic and then there is profit.

Hence we founded VMNC. VMNC is a disruptive brand we created to innovate how strategy is

designed in both the public and private sectors. We plan to transform organizations into

strategic equities as opposed to hopeful entities. VMNC is an embodiment of advice and design

on business strategy with Alex Nonyane, Corporate strategy with Kevin Shamrock and Strategy

Management with Stephen Quirke.

Hope is good but strategy is great. Branding strategy is perfect.

When:

The company was founded by Alex Nonyane in 2009 and has been operational since creating

success stories with innovating clients and those who are yet to introduce and promote

innovation into their management discipline of recognizing people and customers. Alex

Nonyane studied Law at the National University of Lesotho and is now a student of

Management Leadership at the University of Free State. He is a consulting entrepreneur who

has authored a motivations book, Life is in the Living 2007 and 2009 and he has been Managing

Director of Valence Motivation since its foundation. He has worked as an entrepreneur-in-

residence at Hippo Group of Companies(Construction and Movables) functioned as Marketing

Manager leading a compliment of 23 and currently with Legal Voice (Legal Expenses Insurance)

functioning as Sales and Marketing Manager; leading a compliment of 55.



Why:

The business environment continues to get increasingly complex and competitive and the need

for organizations to get help to navigate such is on the proportionate increase as well.

We are great at sciences. We are gravitated toward motivation. The world needs empowerment.

We plan to be at the centre of gravity using scientific methods and tools in order to output

powerful guides to people who wish to make this world better each day.
