7. EXCEPT FOR ROAD CROSSINGS VACUUM SEWERS SHALLNOT BE LOCATED UNDER ROAD PAVEMENTS OR KERBAND CHANNELS.

8. WHERE THE VACUUM SEWER AND THE COLLECTIONCHAMBERS CANNOT FIT WITHIN THE STANDARDSEWERAGE CORRIDOR, NEGOTIATIONS SHALL BE MADEWITH THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES TO WIDEN THESEWERAGE CORRIDOR OR TO LOCATE THE SEWER ANDCHAMBERS ELSEWHERE IN THE FOOTPATH.

9. VACUUM SEWERS SHALL BE POLYETHYLENE CLASSPE100 PN 10 TO A.S. 4130 AND A.S. 4131.

10. WHERE PIPES ARE LAID IN FILL, THE FILLING SHALL BECARRIED OUT IN LAYERS NOT EXCEEDING 300mm(LOOSE) IN DEPTH AND SHALL BE COMPACTED UNTILTHE COMPACTION IS NOT LESS THAN 95% OF THEMATERIAL'S MAXIMUM COMPACTION WHEN TESTED INACCORDANCE WITH AS 1289 (MODIFIED COMPACTION).TESTING SHALL BE CARRIED OUT AFTER EACHALTERNATE LAYER.
