boxes ofSupplied item at Consignee level.

Acceptance & Receipt: It should be submitted to the purchasing authority.

Delivery Challan - Should be sent in the name of consignee in duplicate. It should specifl Name ofDrugs/ Mfg. by / Expiry Date / packing & quantity.
