"LDDV"Developed the latest high-cycle compact precision injection molding machine, aiming for the world's fastest direct pressure mold clamping machine.Realized a reduction in the dry cycle time by 50% (compared with our existing product), and a re-duction in the molding cycle time, by weight sav-ing, low inertia, reduction of hydraulic fluid amount, and standardization of simultaneous op-eration.
Equipped with an electric hybrid direct pressure mold clamping system, combined with the advan-tages of the electric system and the hydraulic sys-tem. A symmetric mechanism was also adopted, which equalizes the expansion and contraction by the pressing force and the thermal expansion of the mold from the center.Realizes the latest high-cycle by maintaining high rigidity which maintains an accurate mold clamp-ing position, and smooth and quick transfer from mold closing to mold clamping.
Equipped with the unique V-LINE® and ultra-high response control injection valve LDDV* (Linear Direct
Double Valve), further enables molding of ultra-small precision components, and responds to various needs.Demonstrates outstanding performance in high added value molding across a wide range, in-cluding ultra-thin, fine shapes, and less strain.
