ResearchInterests
I have broad interests in imaging informatics, image registration, image segmentation, and machine learning classification as it applies to medical images. Specifically, I aminterested in longitudinal image analysis and classification of diseases relating to aging.I hope that my line of investigation will lead to development of automated methodsfor detection and classification of chronic diseases using noninvasive imaging modalitiessuch as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) scans.
