Course Descriptions

Multi Purpose Room (MPR)

MPR classes are driven by great music and a standard choreography that changes every quarter! So creatures of habit – our Studio 1 LesMills™ classes are for you!

Body Attack™: Body Attack™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

Body Balance™: Combines the best of eastern disciplines like yoga and tai chi, with popular new methods such as pilates. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully structured series of stretches and poses creates a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Body Combat™: Combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwon-do into an hour-long energetic routine. Music and pre-choreography create a fierce, energetic experience which raises fitness levels throughout the whole body.

Body Pump™: A 45-55 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles whilst raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. LesMills Body Pump is proven to be the “world’s fastest way to get in shape”.

Legs, Bums and Tums: Attack those problem areas! A fantastic combination of cardio and resistance work that will improve your general fitness and work specifically on your abs, butt and thighs.

Circuit Room (CR)

CR classes are dynamic where the only constant is variety in the classes. These classes will prepare you for the world of fitness through education and motivation.

Circuit: A dynamic class which alternates aerobic exercise stations with resistance training, this class is designed to increase your general fitness and wellbeing. Open to all levels of fitness.

Cycle Circuit: A dynamic class which combines aerobic exercise with our world class LeMond Spin bikes and traditional strength training with a machine weights circuit. This class is designed to increase your general strength and fitness and is suitable for all fitness levels, from the beginner to the advanced.

Fitbox: Practice your boxing skills, improve your agility and functional core strength. Fitbox combines agility drills, partner boxing and challenging abdominal exercises for an effective full body workout. Open to all levels of fitness.

Jump Start: Jump start your calorie-burning engine with this mixture of cardiovascular training and resistance training designed to motivate you and keep you on track with your long term fitness and weight loss goals. Open to all levels of fitness.

RPM™: Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Ultra Fit: This class is not for the faint hearted. Consisting of high intensity cardio-vascular training mixed with strength and endurance training, look forward to a good smashing! Medium level of fitness required.
